this location is terrible for making you park and wait, its seemingly never busy, but i have been here 5 times, and every time they ask me to park and wait, for a teen burger and fries. Im sure its a scam manipulate the service times, its very annoying.
I have been to both downtown and Timberlea locations at least 8 times ,and every time I have been asked to pull in front and wait for my food. On every occasion, the stores have been empty and nobody was behind me at the drive through. All in an attempt to trick the system into thinking the service is faster than it is. I wont be back again.
They screwed up my order in the drive thru and when I went back thru, I didn't even get so much as an "I'm sorry." The kid working merely opened the window, grabbed my bag of screwed up food, then opened the window and passed the "corrected," yet still stone cold, order in my hand without a word.
