Placed a order well before closing time and was refused the order because the delivery driver refused to deliver the order and our address orders hundreds of dollars worth per month we will be looking for a replacement establishment for sure

I've been a loyal customer for Jomaas for nearly 20 years - 2 years specifically at the timberlea location.
Tonight for the first time in a long time, I had an issue with the order. When the issue was resolved, the manager of the location called me personally to apologize. Mistakes happen, we are all human. The fact that the manager chose to take the time to call me was exactly the customer service I needed.
The food is always delicious and typically the service is fantastic as well. Jomaas has always been and always will be one of the best pizza places in Fort McMurray.

Worst piece of trash donair I have ever had. They literally just throw the meat and toppings on top of a stale old pita and don’t even try to wrap it. Ended up being a cold donair salad, and to make matters worse there was hard chunks of what I think was bone marrow that almost chipped my tooth. Garbage food and dirty place. Stay far far away from this place!!

The pizza is ok and Donair is not worth getting. I found the portions small and the Donair was prepared from a Tupperware container. It was not reheated even a tiny bit. The Donair was bland and cold. Will not be going back. The garlic finger are ok.
Sure! I recently had an amazing experience at Jomaa's pizza shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect pizza toppings. The pizza itself was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly cooked crust. The attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere made the experience memorable. I'll definitely be going back soon!
