Fiancé hit up drive thru. Ordered 2 #4 meals. Came home and both weren't what he ordered. Called the store, spoke to a lady. She said they'd have 2 of the correct meals delivered at 2. Delivery driver just showed up and expected him to pay for the meals a second time. Called for clarification, they indeed expected us to repay for their mistake. So we told them not interested and have a Merry Christmas. Bullsh!t service if you ask me.

The restaurant is always packed with kids that throw racist and homophobic slurs around but management can’t do anything about it because parents get upset that their children cannot loiter in the building.
The kids make a mess and throw stuff, which hit members of my dining party last I went there.
Any time you order by drive through the staff forgets pieces of your meal or messes it up completely by giving you wrong items or not making orders as requested.
