Milano's Pizza & Grill

Excellent pizza and food. Don't be afraid to go outside the box and try some of their original creations. Just had the bang bang pizza - super glad we did. Quality toppings. Decent and fair prices. Local owners. It has become one of our go to places!! Only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because the thickwood location is take out and delivery only. Other than that, 5 stars all around.

Their fries taste like, low-key Costco fries.
They’re medium pizza kinda looked like a small though, but it was good.

Ask for meat sauce instead of there regular pizza sauce, you'll thank me later

Amazing food all around and usually order here all the time but calling to place a take out order lately, is extremely frustrating with the language barrier. Tried ordering 2 cheeseburger combos with upgrades to the fries, a spaghetti and meatballs and chicken finger combo and it took me nearly 15 minutes on the phone of repeating myself. The guy taking my order kept saying there’s no cheeseburger on the menu only chicken burgers. When asked to repeat order back to me, the spaghetti turned into lasanga and the burgers turned into chicken burgers. Extremely frustrating and will probably keep us from ordering here again.

Highly recommend milanos, ordered through Uber eats because they had an awesome promotion on for buy one get one, but some however my order got messed up and it didn’t show as a buy one get one… they replaced the missing order and had it delivered to me faster then the teenagers finished eating the first half! Awesome costumer service!

Milanos deserves more credit, they are open at 7 am for anything you want no restriction on the menu, I work nights once a month and when I get home sometimes I love me a pizza or a burger or whatever! Definitely my favourite pizza place in Fort Mac for many reasons, my new favourite is keto crust bacon garlic fingers!

Got donairs and wings... donair meat tasted like it was gone bad. We couldn't eat them. The wings tasted old and just smeared in sauce but they were hard.

First time ordering food here and I’m super disappointed, especially after hearing good things about this place. First impressions mean everything, so the rating outcome was based on service alone. The service was great and the staff was friendly. Literally the worst donair I’ve ever had, though. The meat was beyond dried out, burnt, and gross. And how does anyone screw up sweet sauce that badly? It seems to have been thinned with water and then sugar added to it to compensate. The donair was also cold before it was wrapped (absolutely no heat), and the wrapper was inside out (foil on outside and paper on the inside), and part of the wrapper stuck to the food. We also had a poutine with donair rolls on it, but the horrible fail of a sweet sauce that was drizzled on it, ruined it. The food was gross and is now in the garbage after only a couple bites. We ate maybe only 1/4 of the food between the two of us. Huge food fail here, guys.

I ordered 2, 14” meat lovers pizzas. I heard a lot of good things about Milanos so figured I’d give them a try. The pizza was ok. The crust was probably the best part of the pizza, the toppings and cheese were the biggest disappointment though it was a pretty sad amount. For being the more expensive pizza in the thickwood, timberlea area you would expect a little more on the pizza than what you get. Overall it was worth a try but not worth the fuss. I’ll stick to PK.
