“I just want to personally take the time to acknowledge James, the very kind and professional gentleman working today. There was a small error with the order and James took it upon himself to go above and beyond to resolve the issue!!

We have been coming to this McDonald’s for years now, and it’s always been the best location to go to. Their customer service is always on point and the food is excellent!!!!

“Just had to wait through a rush of people on Christmas Eve. All the staff were doing their best and getting orders out asap.That didn't stop some cranky old dude from complaining about the service and saying that the kitchen was in disgusting shape (it wasn't). Of course he still ordered anyways, so it can't have been too bad. Takes a special person to try and tear down low wage service workers on Christmas Eve.Anyways, felt like the staff needed a good review to offset his awful attitude. I appreciate you guys working as hard as you do on Christmas Eve, even if other people don't.“
