“Oilers win night. I wanted to do a shout out the young man that graciously let me go through the lengthy drive through around midnight when my card was acting up with my order. Instead of me driving away embarrassed, frustrated and jamming up the flow of traffic behind me he treated me very well and even smiled while i was stunned speechless trying to figure out why my card was suddenly acting up. Trust me , not only will i pay it forward but his act of kindness and proffessionalism but hopefully with this post , it will earn him a raise. This young man is going places, i am sorry as well that i did not get his name. Please support local mickee d’s - way to go!!“

“Just had to wait through a rush of people on Christmas Eve. All the staff were doing their best and getting orders out asap.That didn't stop some cranky old dude from complaining about the service and saying that the kitchen was in disgusting shape (it wasn't). Of course he still ordered anyways, so it can't have been too bad. Takes a special person to try and tear down low wage service workers on Christmas Eve.Anyways, felt like the staff needed a good review to offset his awful attitude. I appreciate you guys working as hard as you do on Christmas Eve, even if other people don't.“
