“I don’t often buy breakfast but yesterday I stopped by this location at 5:10am on my way to work.The lady working the drive thru window was so cheerful and efficiently took my order.When I mentioned that I had goggled their location but I wasn’t sure it would be open but stopped by nevertheless she made a joke about feeding the early morning rush ppl!Honestly it was a nice start to MY long day of work ahead!!I didn’t get her name but I want to give her a shout out for her exemplary service!!“
“I been coming here every morning for a few years now. Love seeing Debora greet me at the window. She’s so lovely to everyone. The coffee and food majority of the time always comes out fresh. You can tell it’s well run and they change the oil often. We live closer the the McDonald’s in Emerald but that location is by far the worst in Sherwood Park so we always drive a little farther for great service and fresh food.“
“The one thing about McDonald's is you always know what you are getting. The consistency is good. However, the price has gone up significantly and the value is no longer there. A family could easily spend 50 bucks here which seems crazy for fast food.“
“At first I was unsure if I'd be able to take my wife inside for our anniversary dinner but lo and behold it was open. The dining experience was on point. The worker gave us ample condiments as the self serve table wasn't open, but really, who wants to ruin the experience of such an important day at the ketchup station? Truly a first class outing and the burgers and fries left me speechless. Thank you, we'll be back.“
“The service was great, the food was fine, my crispy chicken was clearly overcook and nearly burnt. Atmosphere was bad as this McD’s employee was being loudly obnoxious with the staff behind the counter, she seemed like a supervisor but like I said it was grating and obnoxious and could be heard throughout the dining room.“
