“Reilly the male worker that was in today, was fantastic! Helped me right away with the food that was missing from my boyfriends and I order, plus on top of that he gave me fries and coffee for free. That is absolutely outstanding and incredible service. That the industry is hugely lacking!! I understand things get missed, I work in the service industry and have for awhile. Please give him a raise or proper credit!! for taking care of his customers and making a billion dollar franchise look better than most of the experiences people have!“

“Just had to wait through a rush of people on Christmas Eve. All the staff were doing their best and getting orders out asap.That didn't stop some cranky old dude from complaining about the service and saying that the kitchen was in disgusting shape (it wasn't). Of course he still ordered anyways, so it can't have been too bad. Takes a special person to try and tear down low wage service workers on Christmas Eve.Anyways, felt like the staff needed a good review to offset his awful attitude. I appreciate you guys working as hard as you do on Christmas Eve, even if other people don't.“
