“Always fresh and quick service. McDonald's is never going to be really good food, but compared to other McDonald's locations nearby this one is probably the best choice. Most people just use the drive thru, but if you want to dine in it's clean and quiet.“

“Stopped at this McDonald's location in Edmonton and had a great experience. The location is very convenient and easy to find right on 99 St. I was impressed by the fast service; even though it was a busy time, there was no long waiting, and my order was ready in minutes. The staff was professional and the food was fresh. It's a solid, reliable spot to grab a quick bite or a coffee while working or passing through the city. I will definitely be stopping here again when I'm in the area.“

“May 30th 7:30pm, great staff on tonight! Fries were FRESH, messed up my wrap but employees took it like champs and remade it properly. Super friendly staff, great service, staff were constantly cleaning. Downfall, other peoples kids being extremely loud in the play area but out of staff control. “Went for dollar drink days, they have lots of seating.
They also have a play area for kids & good atmosphere.
There is the door on the inside which is hard to pull open when coming in.
Took a bit for just drinks which I find is odd but what ever.“

Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing a fast food place but the cashier Ramadan was very kind and approachable in answering questions from my two young kids with their orders, coupons, hockey stick promotion, everything, so wanted to give a special shout out that her kindness today warranted a post just to thank her.“

“This used to be my go to McDonald's. Used to love sitting outside watching all the idiots smash their cars into the curb that was there just as you pulled in. It was better than any other form of entertainment. Grab a coffee and kick your feet back and watch catastrophe unfold. $1.95 for a x large coffee as your admission ticket is cheap. “Awesome staff tonight. I was that guy, I unknowingly placed an order as they were closing. I apologized… they replied not a problem, I was met with smiles, and friendly conversation with the manager a cook and a staff member cleaning while they prepared my food. It’s not always about the quality of food that keeps you coming back, it’s the staff. As for food, McDonald’s is McDonald’s… there’s nothing really to complain about. “I just wanted to stop and get a Big Mac the burger was great process to get it seems very weird to me I had my vaccination pass which allowed me to enter the eating area but people without passes were all around the RESTAURANT LESS than the six and a half feet to me so I sat down in this seated area to try to make a bank transfer cuz I had brought the wrong card I was continually hassled by the vaccination guard on weather I had finished what I was doing while she was yet well conversing with a deranged homeless women throwing fits around the vaccinated seating area causing all kinds of friction making it hard to concentrate on what I was doing and it was the most frightening experience I've had tto get a burger, on a-- minus 30 day“

“This is one of the best McDonald's I go out of my way to go to when I want friendly staff, good food, and a fast and accurate order. Been coming here for 10 years and highly recommend it. The staff RARELY make mistakes and when they occur they are remedied without issue. I'm usually never kept waiting unless it's particularly busy or I've put in an order I know will take a bit.

“I had the new Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard and it was fantastic! Much better quality then Dairy Queen. I will be getting my ice cream from mcdonalds from now on.

Service was great, as to be expected at McDonald's.

I gave 2 stars for atmosphere because it isn't a great neighborhood so I wouldn't really want to park my car and go in. I typically avoid getting out of my car in these types of neighborhood. That's my personal anxiety though.“

“This McDonalds is really nice and one of the only ones that I have been to that has a fireplace! Pretty nice staff that served me quickly and politely. They have a huge parking lot and handicap parking and push buttons for access. The washrooms are clean and have baby changing tables. The interior has almost a designer look. A nice place to take a group our just grab a quick meal.

Parking: Lots of parking right beside in the lot. Nice handicap parking spots right next to the door.

Kid-friendliness: This would be a nice space for birthday parties. It can fit large groups and be comfortable.

Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheel chair accessibility from the handicap parking spot’s next to the door. Push buttons to open the doors.“

She runs circles around everybody else and she is so pleasant to deal with always smiling and joking around She’s the only reason I go here and when I walk in and she’s not there, I don’t like to stay because the service is horrible except for what she gives. And by far the cleanest of any fastfood restaurant in the city.... especially bathrooms, if i could give them a 20 ⭐I would. “A noticeable improvement has happened over the last handful of months. The few times my daughter and I have come in to share French fries- the dining room has been consistently cleaner than pre-summer visits. The ladies working are always friendly and they make sure this mama has a well stirred and fresh coffee.

But what makes the 5 star difference is my experience with ordering two drinks on Uber yesterday. There was ice in a drink that was specified to have no ice. After a quick phone call to the restaurant (I also gave praise for sending a phenomenal coffee - seriously - thank you for STIRRING!!), the manager quickly and pleasantly informed me I could stop by for a LARGE replacement drink. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it there yesterday, no big deal... I ordered the same order this morning - low and behold - my drink is a large, not the small that I had paid for, and there's no ice! Another phone call was made to thank the team for the outstanding customer service and the same lady simply said "I saw you didn't come yesterday"

Outstanding. A small gesture like that is huge to someone who has 20+ years with customer service, let alone with about 8 of those from McDonalds when I was much younger.

“The staff and manager at this location is always super nice and I’ve been to this location upwards of 20 times literally never have a problem with this location ever and the one time I did have a small problem they made it more than right. The food is literally always hot even sometimes when I’m doing the carnivore / keto diet & order Just sausage patties. They’re literally always super hot and tasty whereas some other McDonald’s locations I order sausage patties and they come out dry or less than warm. This location they are always hot, but anything I order is always hot and fresh. Staff are all very nice and the manager is nice too. Literally absolutely zero complaints for this location. “Friendly and courteous service which is not too common these days. Food was prepared hot and fresh so I don't mind a bit of a wait, you could hear the team constantly updating each other on status of drinks and sandwiches. This location is recommended.“

I asked if it was fried in the same oil as the chicken, and the staff assured me that the fish and vegetarian items are cooked completely separately in different oil. “The man walking around called “uncle” is very nice and friendly. Not the greatest at mopping as he’s literally pushing the mop around in the same spot or dragging it around lol. Unfortunately some customers were rude to him. This place has their bathrooms locked up and good luck with the soda machines. At least Uncle walks around and asks if you’re doing okay. It can feel a bit annoying or claustrophobic if you’re socially awkward like me as someone is literally walking around the restaurant and just doing their job. Never had an issue with this location. Just be nice and respectful to people and staff.

New renovation looks like they just flipped the layout a bit and got rid of the few tables in the middle for better seating. Typical new style getting rid of the refill machines. 😞The play area also got an upgrade. Just make sure to wash your kids hands as I doubt the new play area gets sanitized very often. Staff are super friendly and helpful when I show up at 9am. The watermelon splash is super sugary and so is the teriyaki burger when I ordered delivery later on. Holy moly there was so much sauce on it the mayo was overpowered and disappeared lol. The ratio of sauce really needs some work because it was drenched in sauce. The cotton candy shake was also super sugary and sweet. Nothing wrong with the drinks but just something to consider if your sugar levels cannot handle the amount in these drinks. They’re too sweet for me but I do like trying new things. 👍“

“Simran was the best mcdonalds ive been served by. I ordered delivery a couple days ago, the fries were done incorrectly. I came in and she helped me immediately, replaced the fries and accommodated us in every way. She went above and beyond and was polite and kind the entire time, even though me and my order were a handful. Honestly every time ive come in, she has been great. She's an example of what customer service used to be. She holds her composure well, and she has always been helpful, generous, and kind every time I have come in here. I hope she receives some praise from management because she's been outstanding every time ive come here“
