I specifically asked for the Junior Chicken to be made fresh, and I was assured that it would be. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the sandwich was very cold and clearly did not seem freshly prepared. What made it more disappointing was that the drive-thru wasn’t even busy at the time, so I expected better service and attention to the order. I come to this mcdonalds couple mornings a week during commute early morning when its not that busy and they consistently get my order wrong despite specifying no cheese regularly put cheese on my sandwich. Very friendly staff and service but at this point not coming to this location anymore wasted close to 100 dollars this year on breakfasts I cant eat and dont have time to come back and return once on the clock.
How is it possible that you guys get recipes from corporate yet do every item to a worse degree than any location in the city??
I ordered a strawberry cheesecake mcflurry for $6 and got a milkshake in a cardboard cup with three pieces of cheesecake. I feel ripped off.

On the other hand, mobile ordering can be a great experience, with staff recognizing repeat customers and making drinks with just the right amount of syrup. Overall, McDonald's can be a good choice, but it's not always consistent.
