No gloves, and theyre rude
Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered a Cloud Iced Coffee and waited nearly 15 minutes without receiving any update. When I finally went back to ask about my order, I was told that the drink could not be made. If that was true, why was I left standing there for 15 minutes with no communication whatsoever?
