I placed a mobile order at approximately 3:45 a.m. for a Junior Chicken and fries and arrived at the drive-through around 4:00 a.m. The order was still active when I arrived.
When I tried to explain that the order had already been accepted through the app, the employee spoke rudely and shouted through the drive-through speaker. I asked him to speak calmly and requested a manager, but he claimed that he was the manager. The same behaviour continued at the window.

I don't golive 15 to any food place but McD Capilano gets a 14 for fast breakfast. 🥞
I had a great experience at this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru and the service was incredibly fast. The staff were very friendly, and the food was good. I'll definitely be coming back!
