“The pizza is amazing, but you'll have a bad time if you have social anxiety. They often skimp on toppings/ingredients, sometimes to a comedic degree (5 pepperoni slices on an entire pizza? what are we doin here lady?) and you have to ask for more.

I'm not upset at them for it, that's what their trained to do, but it definitely hampers the experience a bit. If you're okay asking (sometimes per-ingredient) for more, then you'll end up with a fantastic pizza. If the idea of that makes you uncomfortable, you might end up with half of what a pizza should be.“

“I was feeling down after a long day and then I realized that I could order Arby’s. I immediately placed an order and OH MY GOSH the food was life changing. The crunchy fried pickles, the soft sandwiches with delicious flaps of meat and the crispiest curly fries. When I looked down in the bag after eating, tears flowed down my cheek as there was still a fry uneaten at the bottom of the bag. Arby’s is a life changing and one of a kind experience. “Usually we get Donair poutine at Primetime, wye road location but today we were on the way and decided what the heck we'll try this place since we're in the area and oh boy I'm glad I did. The meat was so tasty and they load you up with meat. Most places charge a hefty extra fee for more sweet sauce but not here they covered the entire thing and asked if I wanted more on top of that. Very friendly staff and the service was very good.
These 2 locations has now become our family's permanent spot for donair poutine in Sherwood Park.

“My order was delivered wrong the previous night. So the next day I came to see what they were to able to do for me. They explained that there must have been a change of bags and everything. But I told them I didn’t want to be refunded with money, but yes with my right order. The manager came out and talked to me about it and said she would give me the right order. She was so nice and so kind. She gave me the right order and even offered me a complimentary drink. I will definitely order more from this place because of her service. Super nice 😊.“

“You can come and eat even if you forgot your Costco card. There is a cheap and delicious combo that includes a large hotdog and pop. There are many more things like pizza, ice cream and fries. Always crowded, but the waiting is not much and it's worth it.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are so very welcome, they love to wait for the food, the waiting is not much and the food is good.

“Ordered take out at the counter. We live 30 second drive away from this location and found the rice and chowmein were both cold. Not sure how long it was made before I ordered. Did tip at payment prior to leaving with my order . Wasted tip.

“Staff and the chef are always nice and remember me and what I like to order. They accommodate well to the many different diet preferences my family has. They give a good portion of meat that makes it feel worth the money. I always enjoy getting my Edo here at this mall.“

“Great Edo in Sherwood park! We always make the drive from North side Edmonton to eat here. Service is fast without skipping on quality. The doors are always opening and closing with customers coming and going, which is a positive sign patrons are enjoying the food. Something I personally pay attention to as a foodie, if the place is dead that usually doesn't bode well for the establishment. So yeah! If you're in the area definitely pop into this Edo!

My favorite dish is the teriyaki chicken, gyoza ? and recently tried the sushi ?“

“I had a concern with our order, the manager Jeanette quickly took responsibility and offered a solution for us. She also said she would have a chat with the staff and the importance of quality control. I came back the next day and the other manager, Kevin, was very nice also. I will be back!“
