“5/5 witnessed an idiot complaining after getting food that he wasn’t told about 10% word with ama. Was rude and mean to the poor ladies making his burger. Manager handled it well, and it turns out it was over saving $1.50 and 3 scene points. Ridiculous
The staff handled him great and professionally. I told him exactly what I thought about his behaviour.

“If you stop at the restaurant in Sherwood Park (Alberta) I hope you are lucky enough to be greeted and served by Neelam N. She is prompt, efficient and welcoming- she checked back with me soon after delivering my breakfast to see if everything was ok and if there was anything else I needed; and without me asking, she was back with the coffee pot to see if I’d like a warm up or refill. As I was leaving she thanked me for coming in and hoped to see me again. She is definitely an asset to the company.“

“A shout out to our server Evie. She was exceptional. She was very attentive of our table always checking to see if we needed anything and if we were still ok with everything. She was pleasant and very efficient. Her professionalism was much appreciated. The food arrived hot. When we go back to this location we sure hope that we can be seated in Evie's section. She sure is a keeper.“

“Prabhjot is an amazingly warm wait staff at 7am in the morning. My group of 3 was there to enjoy IHOP's free short stack of buttermilk pancakes today at the Wye Rd location in Sherwood Park. Very generous sized thermos for the coffee. Remember to enjoy the 55+ menu and save.“

“We usually go to Denny’s on Pembina in Sherwood Park whenever my friend visits. Food and service is always good, it’s very clean and well managed. We have been there a couple times in the past week not only for breakfast and had the same server- Alam- she is probably one of the best servers I’ve encountered and I’ve owned two upscale restaurants. I would hire her in a second. Well done Denny’s!“
