We returned again on Friday and were lucky to have the same waitress—once again, she went above and beyond. She generously comped our mocktails and even gave us a $20 gift card in case we needed to come back again. During such a stressful and emotional time, her kindness and compassion meant more than she’ll ever know. Being rushed to the city for a hospitalized family member is overwhelming, and this level of thoughtfulness was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated.“

“Had a fantastic experience at Steels Cafe and Grill during the BX West Christmas party. This venue was an excellent choice for an afternoon business networking event, and it delivered on every level. The space is open, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of extra room. We were able to host our networking group off to the side, be energetic and conversational, and still not interfere with the regular flow of customers. At the same time, the restaurant maintained strong traffic, which speaks volumes about how well the space functions.

The food was outstanding. I had the Royal Burger, and it was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in the west end. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Looking around the room, it was clear the rest of the menu was hitting just as well with everyone at the table.

Location-wise, Steels is a great west-end spot with easy access and a welcoming atmosphere that works perfectly for business meetings, networking events, and group gatherings. The staff handled the crowd effortlessly and made it easy for our event to run smoothly.

If you’re looking for a place in Edmonton to host a networking event while enjoying excellent food and a spacious, functional venue, Steels Cafe and Grill is a strong recommendation. I would absolutely host another business event here.“

It's what you expect at Harveys. That's why it is a 5 star because it met all expectations of a Harveys. Expect they actually met have exceeded expectations as I put in a mobile order that only allowed me to say take out. But I wanted to dine-in. And the guy prepping the meal, asked me to have a seat and he'd bring the full order to the table.

“OJ’s is a more “go at your own pace” sort of joint. You seat yourself, and you are left along most of the night. The server would defintely assist yoy whenever you need it, but it is not like an earls where they are constantly coming over, filling your water, checking in. The food was quite great and they have quite an extensive menu, lots of drinks and “Happy Hour every Day”. They have different deals for each day. There inside is very nice, more of a rustic feel, also very big, a stocked bar and a patio, the patio gives me a vibe of a German beer garden; but definitely great for people who appreciate thatt vibe.
