“We've been ordering from this store nearly every week for a year. Tonight the pizza was late, cold, and had obviously been dropped before being delivered. I called the store and they said they would replace it. 90 minutes later there was still no pizza. Called again and the store said they couldn't deliver it and I had to pick it up. I told them I had it ordered delivery because I could not go out tonight or I would have done so originally and I would not have had a dropped cold pizza. I asked for a credit, not even a refund. The order was $28. They said they would give a $15 credit. They said I got the bottle of soda ($4) so fair enough, but that was still $24 I paid for a dropped pizza. They said they couldn't give credit for the delivery charge ($6), although it was due to the poor delivery that there was an issue. Even if I accepted that, which I don't, that still leaves $18. With this kind of customer service after a year of being a loyal customer, I will not be going back. There are other pizza options in Beaumont to try.“

“The memories I've made at Dairy Queen are priceless. From after-school hangouts to late-night cravings, it's been the backdrop for so many good times. There's something so comforting about knowing I can always count on them for a classic cone or a perfectly mixed shake. And let's not forget their fries – crispy, salty, and the perfect complement to any ice cream order.

What really sets Dairy Queen apart, though, is the people. The staff is always friendly and ready with a smile, making every visit a little brighter. They're experts at crafting the perfect Blizzard, and they always seem to know just what I need. Dairy Queen isn't just a place to grab dessert; it's a place that feels like home, filled with warmth, nostalgia, and, of course, delicious treats.“

“McDonald's is a great place to grab a snack, breakfast, lunch, or dinner anytime. The drive-thru is fast, so you usually don't have to wait long. I've always had a great experience, and I love that it's open 24 hours a day!“
