Very disappointed with our recent visit to A&W. We went to the store around 10pm and the manager on duty, Babylin, gave us a very unprofessional experience. We simply asked for a basic service, and she not only refused to provide it, but also wrote down a name saying, “can’t provide at the moment,” without giving a proper explanation. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and we felt completely ignored as customers.Also complain to alberta health service giving the food with hair plus uncooked

I had a very disappointing experience with A&W. I ordered a Veggie Burger combo with fries and a Coke through Uber Eats under the name “Ash.” The order was incorrect, and when I contacted Uber, they refused to refund me.
I then called the A&W store directly, and a staff member told me they had noted my name and that I could come in to receive my correct combo for free. I appreciated that and went to the store the next evening around 10 PM. Since the lobby was closed, I went through the drive-thru. A kind woman at the window was ready to help me, but the manager on duty, Baby Lin, refused to give me the promised combo.
This was extremely frustrating. The poor handling of the situation and lack of accountability from the management was unacceptable.
Due to this experience, I’ll be sharing this incident in reviews from my own phone, as well as from my family and friends’ phones on a daily basis until this is resolved. I hope A&W management starts taking customer service and promises seriously.

Usually we go for breakfast and sometimes lunch, Food is great but the service giving to us very different based on your skin colour. If you’r Caucasian they deliver the food to the table, if you have a darker skin counter staff asked you to come and pick up the food. Specially this happened when the Philippine staff at the counter. Every customer need to sever with equally with dignity. Training would be ideal to improve the customer service. Thank you
