Usually we go for breakfast and sometimes lunch, Food is great but the service giving to us very different based on your skin colour. If you’r Caucasian they deliver the food to the table, if you have a darker skin counter staff asked you to come and pick up the food. Specially this happened when the Philippine staff at the counter. Every customer need to sever with equally with dignity. Training would be ideal to improve the customer service. Thank you

I like A&W more then McDonald's. And for a fast food restaurant it's a 4 star

It's OK...found something in my burger once that shouldn't have been there. The lady I took the burger to complain about what was in it was very rude about the situation. This was not recent but still don't go here much because of that incident.
Breakfast here is fantastic. For $10 I can get a full blown proper breakfast. The staff are attentive and competent, the restaurant is quiet, clean and is full of sunlight. Plus, I can get a root beer in a frosted mug for breakfast ??.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are reasonably priced and the staff patient while my young ones decide.

Staff at the front counter were very incompetent. Before we ordered, I noticed the person in front was having issues, then we ordered and saw an issue with the debit machine. Saw approved on the machine, cashier did not understand approved. Had to explain that it said approved but still did not understand. Cashier asked for proof through my baking app and still did not believe me. Demanded for a refund and finally gave me my meal.
