COBS Bread is a bakery with friendly, helpful staff who provide great customer service. The location keeps a good stock of popular items and has plenty of selection for all their baked goods. The staff are always pleasant and never rushed, even with a line up. There is a good variety of breads and pastries. The fresh raspberry in a creamy custard pastrie is a sweet, sour, creamy, crisp and airy piece of heaven that melts in the mouth. The gourmet hot dog buns are phenomenal for making subs and sandwiches, being soft and delicious. The baguette is good. The apricot raisin bread toasted with butter is recommended. The cinnamon and brioche loafs are also popular. The bakery does a great job at keeping track of demand, making enough for everyone. Consistent quality.
