I know it a small area for sitting, but everytime I come there it's the same old guys sitting there drinking coffee....maybe put a time limit on loafers, not eating out you go !

Imagine a restaurant without ketchups. They always have stupid answers like we just keeping the stock in back and Don’t have the key and delivery is getting tough for sauces. Seriously. Close the restaurant then. Unprofessional and untrained staff.A big shame to owner

Don't order a baby burger with cheese, or a double chicken buddy with cheese or you will get beef buddy burgers EVERY SINGLE TIME! and I swear this location gets away with wrong food items given way too often because they continue to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there anyways.. huge

The food was old and cold. Tomatoes were turning to mush. Lettuce was yellow. Cheese was old and two tone. No napkins. I asked for no onions, got onions. The food looked like it had been sitting there for hours and this was at 6:00 pm super rush. I travel on the road for work like a gypsy and have been to many a&w locations but this place was far the worst. There's no pride in their work and the quality is suspect at best. Do not eat here because they have no respect for the customer

Re reviewing this place after 5 years the management amd staff have went down the toilet stood in line for 5 mins not a single person came out if the back. Could hear them all gabbing and laughing but no one came out. The door dingers were operational amd uniquely loud. No excuse poor service..

Ive gone to a&w for years. This morning at 5:30. I had my usual bacon and eggs. Same thing everytime i go. Something happened this morning that went totally wrong. Ive always thought a&w's utensils were made from paper. I found out they are made out of wood. Fork broke and i swallowed and lodged in throat. Spent 4 hrs at hospital removing. Not going back there again.
