The lady who was on the counter did not listen. When I ordered I said 2 mozzarella sticks and 2 reg curly fries. Got my order and there was only 1 mozzarella sticks. I gave her 2 $10 bill and she told me I needed more money the order was $16.60. Then she giggled when she realized it equalled 20. Watched her service other customers with equally lack of attention

Place was clean, food great but staff didn't seem to be thrilled to see me - but is was maybe 10-15 minutes after they opened, so maybe they weren't completely set up yet

I love arby's. It's very good food. I wish they were up in all the new area fisher Hallman, and up here on road in that area. Here's McDonald's. Burger king A&W but no arby's but I love it yummy yummy 😋O I am David

Have purchased a few sit in and multiple takeaway orders from here.

Facility is always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food has always been excellent with no errors of quality/ quantity nor omissions.

When making sandwiches, they weigh the roast beef to ensure correct amount for order.

Skip the traditional fast food and get quality fast food here!

Honest opinion, food was great the second time , the crispy chicken sandwich was lacking sauce or something , it was dry , not too impressed ,the buffaloo however was good .. very pricey but good

Staff is friendly but service and quality control is lacking. Went in the afternoon during a slow period and waited almost 10 minutes before I could order.

Was served chicken strips that very old and stale. Staff admitted they were old and refunded me at least.

I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience at this Arby’s. I clearly asked for no pork in my order due to religious dietary restrictions. While there wasn’t a full strip of pork, I noticed small pieces mixed into the food, which suggests either cross-contamination or that the prep area and utensils weren’t properly cleaned between orders.

This shows a serious lack of care in food preparation, especially for people with religious, ethical, or allergy-based dietary needs. I don’t think it’s too much to expect basic respect and attention to these kinds of requests. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.

If you have dietary restrictions, I’d advise double-checking everything or avoiding this location altogether until they improve their kitchen practices. Very disappointed.
