First time trying Arby’s and ordered the classic roast beef sandwich and one with cheddar. It was by far the nastiest sandwich I’ve ever tried. I’ve never spat out a bite of a sandwich (the cheddar one) before but I really couldn’t bare to swallow it. The onion bread (?) whatever the buns were and the melted cheese tasted like it has gone bad, it stank and it had a sour aftertaste. The classic roast beef sandwich was a bit better but of course nothing can compare to REAL roast beef sandwich. The buns on both sandwiches were also burnt and oddly rubbery. 4/10 for the classic and 1/10 for the cheddar sandwich.
Been at this location a couple of times and usually get a chicken sandwich. The quality of the chicken is much better here than McDonald’s or other popular fast foods. But this time I got their beef sandwich because that’s what they’re known for and it was sooo good ? And the vanilla shake to top it off best decision! Will definitely come back for that sliced beef!

I placed an order through the drive thru for a beef and cheddar meal, mozza sticks, blueberry turnover, and a coke. I had to repeat myself multiple times to start. I get home and I have a beef and cheddar with curly fries and coke. Meanwhile, I was up charged for the mozza sticks and turnover. I drive back and I asked to get what I paid for along with a fresh sandwich. I get home yet again. The same old sandwich along with under cooked mozza sticks, and still no turnover. Glad I paid $19 for this. And the waste of gas going back-and-forth. Three times at this location, three times disappointed with errors. This location proves a lack of leadership.

This was a wonderful treat for my husband and I. I had the beef and cheddar with curly fries and drink. Hubby had the three cheese and bacon beef with curly fries and drink. It was hot and so delicious. Our once a year treat.
