THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SOFT PRETZEL JOINT IN KITCHENER-WATERLOO-CAMBRIDGE!!! MAYBE ONE OF THE BEST IN ONTARIO!! These pretzels are to die for, they come hot and fresh and are being made consistently all day. The ladies that work there are always very kind and the service is fast. If you are coming to St. Jacobs Market in Waterloo, Ontario…you need to get a Grampa’s Pretzel !!

Had a regular pretzel today and can't stop thinking about it! The BEST pretzel I've had! It was so fresh with a slight crisp on the outside where the pretzel cooked on the baking sheet. Not over done, perfect amount of salt and a noticeable hint of butter. I normally like dip, but these are so great on their own because of the great flavour (but I also had a garlic dip I bought from another vendor and used and it was good with that too).
