Very Disappointed - Poor Service and Half-Filled Drink

I had a really frustrating experience at Booster Juice on July 19, 2025. I went in at 3:00 PM and only got my drink at 3:17 PM — a full 17 minutes of waiting with barely any customers ahead. There were only three people behind me, and even they left without ordering because of the insane delay.

Now let’s talk about the juice — it was barely even filled! As you can see in the photos (not even opened yet), the cup was half full with juice and the rest ice. When I politely asked the staff to refill it properly, she rudely said, “Call my boss, we can’t fill anymore.” This is unacceptable for a premium juice place like Booster Juice.

I didn’t expect to pay full price for half a drink, full of ice, and terrible customer service. Really disappointed and won’t be coming back.

You'd think for 20 dollars for 2 smoothies you'd get something good. Nah just get food poisoning instead.

Something was contaminated, expired, or was not cleaned properly.

Not very good. App doesn’t work at this location so do not use or try to redeem your free birthday drink as it will not work.

They make the best brewster juice.

Came in to get a juice combo more then an hour before close and couldn't get any juices because it was "too late" and the machine was already cleaned.

Incredibly slow and unfriendly. He was working on the order ahead of us and it took him over 10 mins to even acknowledge us waiting. Also when we asked to use the washroom while waiting for our order he refused to let us use it because it’s not available for the public to use right now. Cancelled our order and went next door to the coffee shop instead. Won’t be back!

We stopped for a treat and bathroom break on the way out of town with two littles. We were told the bathroom (with change table sign) was only for staff and ended up having to change our little (in -11 weather) in the front seat of the car.

Kid-friendliness: Bathrooms were closed to all guests. Preventing us from using the much needed change table.

Standard booster juice menu, which is solid if a bit overpriced. They have no available washrooms, even for paying customers.Went in hoping to get a snack before a long drive and change the baby but were told that we were told that the washroom was staff only. Ended up changing the baby in the car in January GP weather. Not a good time.

Natalie is great, but service was pretty slow. There needs to be more than just 1 person working the cash and making drinks at the same

Whenever after shift i go to this place for juice after 7:30 they always say we cleaned our juice machine & we can’t serve you. This place needs people who are willing to work.
