Incredibly slow and unfriendly. He was working on the order ahead of us and it took him over 10 mins to even acknowledge us waiting. Also when we asked to use the washroom while waiting for our order he refused to let us use it because it’s not available for the public to use right now. Cancelled our order and went next door to the coffee shop instead. Won’t be back!

We stopped for a treat and bathroom break on the way out of town with two littles. We were told the bathroom (with change table sign) was only for staff and ended up having to change our little (in -11 weather) in the front seat of the car.Kid-friendliness: Bathrooms were closed to all guests. Preventing us from using the much needed change table.

Standard booster juice menu, which is solid if a bit overpriced. They have no available washrooms, even for paying customers.Went in hoping to get a snack before a long drive and change the baby but were told that we were told that the washroom was staff only. Ended up changing the baby in the car in January GP weather. Not a good time.

Natalie is great, but service was pretty slow. There needs to be more than just 1 person working the cash and making drinks at the same

Whenever after shift i go to this place for juice after 7:30 they always say we cleaned our juice machine & we can’t serve you. This place needs people who are willing to work.

Incorrect hours of operation, closes at 6pm when it says 8pm.

Hours posted online are not correct.

This store could use an extra employee, 1 person working and he could use some help

Sanjot

Fast service, in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes and most importantly the smoothie tasted delicious.

Hours of operation are incorrect, I should have read reviews and I wouldn’t have assumed they’d be open. I’d also mention to the young boys working to keep there finger/hand gestures down, I’d like to assume they gave me a peace out sign but still.. Very unprofessional.

Boy with piercing and long black hair was touching it constantly while he makes smoothies, was absolutely disgusting.

Two workers took their sweet time making my order. Didn't even start it until another customer walked in, and that other customer was given her order before me. Wish I could take my tip back!
