Our order got accidentally messed up but thankfully when I called the guy who had first greeted us with a very kind smile who took our order answered the phone and immediately took accountability and fixed his mistake by allowing us to come back for a remake. Very appreciative of this expierence. Need some more of that generosity around other fast food places for sure! Thank you Dairy Queen.

I placed a very specific order for delivery last night and it arrived EXACTLY like I ordered! Amazing attention to detail- Food was still hot and fresh, looked great and the new Korean BBQ sauce was delicious! I've also utilized the drive thru and am always pleased with the service and food quality here!

Went to Dairy Queen on Simcoe Street in Oshawa purchase to peanut buster parfait no it's been a while it looks like different owners different people I'm not too sure but when the guy finished with it it looked like a regular Sunday you guys have gotten pathetic and what you charge I can easily go to an ice cream store and receive twice the value of a type of ice cream than what you are charging compare these pictures to the ones that you advertise tell me I didn't...
