We have never experienced Nigerian or Ethiopian food before and this was a treat. Service was good and the food was very delicious with good size portions.

I don’t typically write reviews — only when I’m really moved to and I had to write something for this restaurant. My family and some of my friends are visiting from Edmonton and Calgary and thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! It’s a family run establishment and they take great pride in making delicious food. They also went above and beyond, taking special care of my toddler to ensure he was a happy kiddo! Definitely recommend and will be coming back next time I’m in town. :)

Great food. How ever. The owner was not the best host. Started with small talk and jones which was fun. But quickly lead into her preaching about her religion. And after we informed her we dont believe in her same beliefs she refused to stop preaching. Was very off putting and wont be going back due to that experience

Delicious food and fantastic service, this is one of our favourite hidden gems in GP. The beyaynetu and key lamb tibs are the especially amazing❤️
Don’t be deceived by the extremely tinted windows, the restaurant is open! Once you get in you will see their brand new trendy restaurant and seating area. The staff are kind, attentive and friendly. The owner came to speak with us and offered some recommendations and advice. She asked us a few questions about food preferences and spice level and game back with two awesome dishes pictures below. Cha Cha Tibs with Injera and Egusi Stew with Fufu. We will definitely be returning.

After years of driving by this restaurant saying ‘I should eat there one day’ I finally stopped in. My only regret is that I hadn’t stopped sooner! Welcomed by the most friendly owners. The food was absolutely delicious and so flavourful! Highly recommend if you want to try something authentic. I will absolutely be going back again soon!

Awesome place, awesome taste, awesome delivery. The cook is actually an artist of the trade. I have tried several delicacies here, and I can boldly say that she is the best I have experienced canada wide so far. Food is super fresh and she has been consistent with what she does.

This restaurant and the magical woman who runs it are absolute treasures in the community of Grande Prairie. If you have never tried this type of cuisine before I encourage you to give it a shot. It’s delicious and the spot is a beautiful slice of life. Eat with your hands and feel truly nourished by the food and the incredible care of the host. I will be going again soon, and I hope you will give Divine’s a try.

Friendly, delicious food, so filling after eating!! Ethiopian coffee was good! Looks beautiful inside, though they're moving soon. Pounded yam flour with Ogbono soup/Egesi (Melon soup), with every bite it got tastier & more enjoyable. Plantain was yummy, the lady there is so kind & good hearted. I will never forget that lady
