we went to the store and staff are accommodating . The food was good and fresh. Great restaurant!

Went through the drive though had horrible service, thought it was a rush or the speaker but when i got 2 the window was greeted by a mumbling troll, i shouldnt have 2 ask every question 3-5 times an still not get a coherient response, checked food and got cold everything and no sauces/ketchup after asking, and the place just looked gross/dirty, (spit cover building, litter everywhere)

Unfortunately the level of food and customer service has dropped at KFC in the last few years.
Order a 14 piece bucket meal with fries...no seasoning salt on the fries. As it does not go good with gravy.
Chicken yet again was not cooked, and was only legs,thighs and wings.
Fries had the seasoning salt which I had specifically requested not be on them.
Will be my last time going here.

Just ordered 2 small sliders to wait over 30 min because they were busy filling buckets orders 3 buckets I was watching after he heated the bread then discovered the chicken is not ready instead say chicken is not ready just put the bread away and kept me waiting I had to walk way with no food that’s sucks I guess drive threw is only way to get service fast

I was there having lunch with my husband and a 7 year old when an unhappy customer came in and was treated so disrespectful and rude, several staff went as far as yelling at the customer then kicking her out cause she wanted a sandwich replaced.. I have never seen such a display of immaturity in staff to customer as I did there. I refuse to go back to this location, they lost my business and my respect. Extremely disappointed in the way the staff handled the situation over a sandwich!

I really enjoyed the plant based sandwich. They are trying to mimic chicken which I don't generally enjoy something pretending to be something it is not but it was surprisingly well done. I'd have it again for sure.

Fix your drive through intercom system, or learn to use it correctly. Very frustrating when you must yell you order at the speaker, only to receive food you didn't order.

Horrible customer service. As a native woman I feel discriminated by the little white girl. Saying the car was too loud when I have a 2025 Buick and it's quiet plus handed off a customer for just correcting that the drive thru speaker is messed up.
How can you allow your KFC to not have chicken for anyone to get during the day on a saturday- ..went in tried to order chicken and was informed there is no chicken ready and would be a minimum of 20 minutes til chicken was available. Do better..

This specific KFC in town has the worst service. The last three times I've gone there, they never have chicken ready, and it's always a 25-minute wait. The manager can't even process a refund correctly. I would avoid this location at all costs.
This evening we went to grab something to bite there at KFC westside grande Prairie,we were standing at the counter for a long time and the manager was standing at the counter ,just ignoring us and she was talking to this skip the dishes guy the same nationality,I think they are both East Indian and both laughing.She never say hi /hello or wait a minute somebody help you .I said to her if somebody work in that chain restaurant because nobody help and she was there standing at the counter.And she said that I’m aggressive for just asking if somebody work in there.She said if the customer is aggressive,she will be aggressive also. She’s not a good manager.
