I'll start by saying it was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My children both remarked about how fun it was. I'll follow by saying it is incredible ice cream and a gem of a community business.

Yeah, I am so grateful for Brooke for making my dream come true of having a strawberry Dubai chocolate cup. Honestly, it made my night. I didn’t think I was going to make it on time and I didn’t. But I called just in case there was a chance and she waited for me. It was so delicious, I was incredibly happy and I will definitely come back for another one. Koolios is a must-visit with delicious ice cream and a fun, welcoming vibe. The customer service is excellent, with staff showing incredible knowledge and professionalism. The patio set up is very comfortable, and the place is great for families. Koolios has delicious flavors and generous portions. It is also a great date spot with a beautifully decorated interior, perfect for taking pics. The staff provides satisfying service, making customers feel cared for. Koolios is a great spot to cool down with something sweet, and it is attached to the Laser tag facility, Ace of War, offering great deals when bundled together.
