They will ask me to move ahead and pull aside even if there's no one behind me, But now there are five cars in front of me and four waiting behind me two ordering and multiple behind them. We are waiting in line for almost 10 minutes at least. My order has been messed up over a dozen times and rude service.
If you're going to make a rule for one night, keep the rule for the rest of the nights.

Last 3 times I have gone, I ordered a mcwrap with shredded cheese added and despite being charged for the add on they have not had any cheese. Prep station needs to be paying more attention

I went to the drive through on my lunch break, got told no fruitopia when I got to the second window, no big deal I just asked for a refund, then they tell me oh we have it we just have to change it can you pull forward. So that tells me instead of being honest they would rather lie to a paying customer. Then by the time I got back to work they forgot part of my order. Food was normal as McDonald’s standard, service needs work.

Tried the new Mcspicey sandwich. Not worth the money they want for it. The staff also messed up the order after I mentioned 3 times what I wanted, even after pointing it out on the menu screen on the wall. Unimpressed

Often get my order wrong at the drive thru. If they don't confirm your order at the pay window, make sure you do or you'll end up paying for and getting someone else's order (consequence of working two drive thru lanes at the same time.)
Also lately the staff (must have had a hiring surge) don't even know what items they have on the menu, so language barriers leave you almost screaming at the ordering mic.

I was not impressed, stopped in on our drive to get my young daughters happy meals. Just to already start driving. Not turning around now but they opened their happy meals to get fries and a yogurt with a toy. But like wtf where are their nuggets you give them sauce but no meat. Not happy .

Waited 20min for drive thru. Went inside and cold food is sitting there.
Every single time we come here we have to wait out front for 10 min for kids meals it's absolutely ridiculous
