Fries were so fresh and yummy. Thanks guys!! Workers were so kind they gave me crispy and they remembered my chocolate milk unlike last time when they failed to do so. Super sober rn. Live life. Ordered a plain cheeseburger at the McDonald’s drive-thru but received a regular one with no receipt in the bag. Went inside to get it corrected, but the staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Disappointed with the poor service and lack of basic customer courtesy. Expected better from McDonald’s.

Went through the drive in tonight and had one of the employee spill a scorching hot coffee into my car and It landed all over on my leg and all over the side of my car and dash of my car. Great place to go if you love getting coffee stains all over your car right after getting it detailed…

My family and I dined here. Husband said the patty for the double burger he ordered wasn’t cooked properly so it tasted funny. The fries tasted lapse. We didn’t make a big deal about it because my husband doesn’t want any hassle but i dont think we will be back here. But in fairness my 2 yrs old enjoy the play area.

I’m a DoorDash driver, and I went to the McDonald around 11:30 PM to pick up a delivery order through the drive-thru. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—there was no rush, no long line, and yet I was told I couldn’t pick up my order at the drive-thru. I was told to come inside instead.

When I asked why, the manager on duty, Daman, rudely told me it was “company policy.” I know for a fact that McDonald’s does not have a corporate policy preventing delivery drivers from using the drive-thru. His response was arrogant, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.

It’s frustrating when individual managers make up rules and misrepresent them as corporate policy. Even more disappointing was the way I was treated—no respect, no explanation, just attitude. This behavior affects not only DoorDash drivers like myself, but also customers who end up waiting longer for their orders.

McDonald’s should hold franchise managers accountable for both the accuracy of the information they provide and the way they treat people—especially those helping deliver their food. Very poor experience.
