McDonald's in Grande Prairie

“Literally soooo many people in line and fries were cold and stale! I never ever get fast food because I live in a tiny town which doesnt have it so I thought I'd treat myself to some junk after dropping off my dog at the cremation place. Waste of money. Burger was "ok" I'm not expecting Michelin stars but come on! Doesn't make me wanna go to any other one either. Lucky you have so many people cracked out on your food. Terrible. Plus the woman in the pay window was completely dismissive and barely acknowledged we were there. Thanks for nothing.“

“I really appreciate how wonderful the staff are and how eager they were to go out of thier way and make my dining experience outstanding. The lady who's name I didn't catch is absolutely wonderful, she's polite, and the place was very tidy despite being busy. The food was in my hands in a snap, I just wanted to say thanks for the food it was better than perfect.“

“I had a very disappointing experience with one of the night shift staff members.I don’t know her name but i think she is from phillipens .She was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to customers in an impolite manner. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so future customers have a better experience.“
