the staff here are always very nice, and the service is quick. but this place needs to upgrade their internet and or tills, been turned away 3 TIMES because their tills or internet have crashed

Everything about this restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious, the staff were kind and attentive, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming. I would recommend people get the pita wrap meals, as I find them to be delicious and filling. I can't wait to go back!

Whorible service, both employees didn't want us there at all, because it was 40 mins to close and they didnt wanna do anything, we ask to make a a change on our order an buddy walked away, and the girl had to come finish are order. Was super rude. This happened on June 17th, so you can pinpoint the employees working.

I was in there today never had opa before . I was asking the gentleman questions n he just stood there n ignored me. Didn't offer any options ,no smiles ,customer service was not good the lady was amazing ,will never go back

One of a rare breed of fast food that doesn't ask for tips when you pay at the machine. Also great food and some healthy choices as well.
Edit for October 2024, the "tip prompt" wave for fast food has reached Oppa now but food is still amazing

Do Not Order take out from them off skip.. they ignore the order until your forced to cancel and then skip won't give you back the money for cancelling... SCAM!!!

Ordered their OPA Platter online,I think at their closure time..and Rice came literally cold which disappointed me.Santorini Salad looks old.Not recommended.

Food is good as always….BUT …..I came to this location today, a few mins before close starving and I hadn’t had Opa let alone much for take out in awhile due to my work location (Boreal Forest) I tried to have conversation with the man at the front serving me. He was not only rude and made me feel uncomfortable but it was so bad even the kid cooking the food in the back was looking over his shoulder. You know nobody is perfect, maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know? All I know is that if you’re working in the customer service industry/ or food sales and service … smile … have a short conversation… don’t ridicule someone that asks questions about the menu of the franchise that “you” work for!
