Sorry but I ordered skip tonight and I’ve had lots of Panago but so Thing happened to this pizza like it’s not panago something is missing it looks and tastes like something frozen from Costco. Is this location thing or was it unique to this shift but it’s really poor and thin

The pizza is terrible, hardly any cheese Both times I’ve ordered and expensive. Only thing I have been ordering lately was the cheesy bread. Tonight online the regular cheesy bread is no longer available and only offer the vegan dairy free. Great for people that need that option but why not keep both options? I don’t want dairy free fake cheese … Panago is now dead to me

The pizza is terrible, hardly any cheese Both times I’ve ordered and expensive. Only thing I have been ordering lately was the cheesy bread. Tonight online the regular cheesy bread is no longer available and only offer the vegan dairy free. Great for people that need that option but why not keep both options? The website said my order would be ready to pickup at 7:45PM. I arrived at 7:46PM, and the 3 individuals working were standing in the back talking. I stood at the counter waiting one of them came out, I paid for my order and then he told me that my order would be 10-15 minutes. While I was waiting, a woman came in to pickup her order. She had put her order in an hour earlier, by phone, and required that it would be ready for 7:45, hers was also not ready. While waiting for my order I watched the 3 individuals, never saw any of them washed their hands or wear gloves beefore food prep, all 3 had beards and none of them wore a beard net to prevent hair from getting into the food, after all that, just before I left another woman showed up for pickup and they hadn't started her food either.
All of this food could have been ready, when I arrived they were standing around talking, pickup receipts were hanging off the machine
The owner, manager and employees of this store should be ashamed.
I also put a complaint into Panago on their website.
Don't think I'll ever be coming back to this store again. Save your self some time, drive to Clairmont.
