For the most part, I've had good experiences here, however after my last "order for delivery", via Skip, for which I made a "thumbs down" comment, I have this to say. I always like the Cheese Omelette, with ham and I ask to substitute pancakes, for the toast. I got my order and to my dismay, I got toast. Great food but why a little boy is running in and out of kitchen, helping out the waitress is beyond me. He brought me my drink and spilled half on himself. Climbing all over tables replacing condiments. not sanitary at all and not to mention a safety hazzard for the child.. Poor little guy. My husband felt so bad. We could hear other people commenting as well. The cook's son they said. No school today Probably 6 or 7 :(
Absolutely aweful experience. Went in today around 1230 with my spouse and 2 kids (under 10 uears old). We're seated quickly and received drinks and ordered shortly after. Then we waited and waited and waited while everyone in the restaurant, including the people who came in later than us got their food. We waited 1.5 hours for 2 kids cheese burgers, chicken fingers and fries and eggs benny. then to be told by the waitress after being there 1.5 hours that we were waiting on burgers...read full review
