The fact they think this is an acceptable level of sauce is insane. 100% sure they wouldn’t do such a bad job if more people collected in person. I will never get delivery again or ever use this branch. Useless excuse of a restaurant it may as well be closed. Delayed my order by double the time too. 0/10 I hope you

Ordered a super Supreme lovers pizza and what I got shocked me and passed me off!! They gave me a pizza with sauce cheese and bacon crumble THAT'S IT!! They've screwed up my oder plenty of times.. I'm done with them!

We ordered delivery from here (or should I say TRIED to order delivery) and the driver refused to deliver our order based off what our address was. Within city limits, but refused to deliver just because of where we live. Talk about customer discrimination much? Either way, the driver lost out on a good chunk of change for a tip, the restaurant lost out on 4 customers, and my family lost out on an affordable meal just because we dont have the privilege of living in a fancy neighborhood. I guess my money isnt as good as the other neighborhoods' money.

Guy pickup phone try to transfer my call to south side at Patterson nobody answer my call, phone disconnected... called again same thing, what kind of service it is???
Very little Cheese or toppings, the pan crust was super oily, there was no liner inside the pizza box and the pizza was undercooked, I had to cook it in my oven, all toppings were still uncooked. Very bad experience

I Pre ordered my dinner this afternoon so we would have dinner on time. Picked the 5:30-5:45 slot. Our pizza arrived finally at 6:25 nice and soggy from sweating in the box for so long. Then to top it all off the wings sucked, the barbecue wings had no sauce on more then half of them and let’s not even talk about the salt & pepper ones they went straight into the garbage. I did call the location to find out what the hold up was and the excuse was it’s Friday. Thanks tips that’s why I pre ordered my food hours before. Awesome customer service folks!!! Just in case you don’t get my sarcasm do better. #karensrule

Ordered regular crust and received Thin, with 1/3 of the toppings missing and almost no sauce on 2 of 4 pizzas, other two were pretty good, what the heck? For $80+ bucks ? not impressed at all.
