Sent wrong pizza twice. Driver was very grumpy when delivery the wrong pizza the second time.
My pizzas are over done and burnt. After reviewing photos, Joe from the 116th location said "that is how it is." This is the first time I have ever complained to any restaurant. With their crappy customer service and my burnt pizzas, I won't be returning.
For the third time, only recieve half my order. Call to complain only to have their store hang up on me. never again.
