“Erin is literally one of the best drive through employee's I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. She's incredibly nice, and is super helpful and I never feel rushed. Every time I hear her voice on the intercom I know its gonna be an enjoyable experience. She helped me build a drink that absolutely slapped 10/10.“

“I did not get food, and the atmosphere speaks for itself as this location is inside a Safeway grocery store. The service was exceptional due to the fact that the cashier took the time to help me with a gift card that was part of an app on my phone. I'm old school, and I find cash easier to use. Think I'll remain old school. ?“

the baristas greet me like they know greatness is entering the building smiles nods subtle nods of respect i nod back like yes you see me yes you feel it I ask for the dubai matcha add honey like six pumps maybe more i say it with confidence this drink could host a podcast at a college campus and get shut down by lunch. first sip hits and i immediately do the neck thing hard like THIS is what they dont want you drinking i look around to see if anyone noticed they did.
my furry son is with me hes vibrating already he gets a puppy cup the barista smiles too sweet too trusting big mistakehe takes one lick then drops to his knees and licks the FLOOR full tongue no shame i allow it nodding slightly this is a free country personal liberty matterssugar hits instantly zoomies activated hes running in violent circles chairs shaking tables rattles like a beheaded horse sprinting through history people freeze mid sip one guy whispers oh my god a mom tightens her grip on her toddler an old man closes his eyes like hes remembering the war me im still sipping dubai matcha calm centered grounded quarter zip still zipped leadership posture never broken I sit way too close to strangers like knee to knee i start conversations unprovoked you seem like a matcha person you look awake are you awake first time here or do you work here emotionally no one answers thats fine i answer for them my furry son crashes into a chair spins out recovers keeps going someone coughs dramatically i dont move this is a COMMUNITY SPACE i finish my drink slowly staring straight ahead neck thing one more time for emphasis

“I would say overall service is great, they great you with a smile, they acknowledge you, and take the time to remember you, I would say this location for atmosphere is ok ever since they took away the corner sitting area with a fire place it hasn't been the same and not enough seating it's to small really however its still enjoyable to be in there.

Food is as good as it can be with reheating pastries or food that's been processed.“

“I was having the worst morning, lots of tears due to personal reasons. When I pulled up to the drive through window the lady works there (red hair, was up in a pony tail) saw that I was obviously upset. She asked if I was ok and had so much compassion in her voice, then she went and gave me a cookie (which I didn’t order) along with my coffee and said hope this cookie makes your day a little brighter. You have no idea how much that cookie did make my day better, And you have no idea how much a little bit of compassion and understanding goes so far so thank you so much to that employee you made my day that much better ❤️❤️❤️❤️ **edit I spoke to her today and her name is Kirsten** sorry if it’s spelt wrong!“

“Always a nice place to get a drink or even a quick sweet treat to snack on as you're going up on your day, service was quick and the drink was super delicious. My usual order is always a large mango dragon fruit with lemonade and I am always pleased every single time I get it. Prices are a little bit expensive but it's worth it

Parking: Parking is a bit tight sometimes depending on where you are or what time of day you visit but overall easy to get into and out of
