“I wanted to shoutout Kenna for excellent customer service I ordered my drink ahead of time today April 21st around 6:15pm. I had ordered it a bit too early so my drink was melted by the time I got there which I was ready to take the melted drink as it was my mistake. The young lady behind the counter had offered to remake the drink for me to which I kindly refused as I didn't want to waste the melted one. She reassured me that it would be okay so I waited while she had remade my order. Thank you so much for being understanding and providing excellent customer service. I would also like to mention that the manager afterward was being snarky towards me AFTER the interaction was over. I already admitted my mistake and she still felt the need to let me know "next time make sure to arrive within 5 minutes of your order being ready so it doesn't melt". Well thank you miss manager for balancing Kenna's amazing customer service with some snarky attitude.“
“Today me and my friend visit there to get our favorite cold coffee..all i can say is the staff is very friendly as well as very helpful as one of their employee give suggestions about their new summer drinks. I hope I'll try their new summer drinks next time.?“
“I did not get food, and the atmosphere speaks for itself as this location is inside a Safeway grocery store. The service was exceptional due to the fact that the cashier took the time to help me with a gift card that was part of an app on my phone. I'm old school, and I find cash easier to use. Think I'll remain old school. ?“
“Always a nice place to get a drink or even a quick sweet treat to snack on as you're going up on your day, service was quick and the drink was super delicious. My usual order is always a large mango dragon fruit with lemonade and I am always pleased every single time I get it. Prices are a little bit expensive but it's worth it
Parking: Parking is a bit tight sometimes depending on where you are or what time of day you visit but overall easy to get into and out of
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of options for wheelchair users including seating area“
“This is Starbucks just like any other. We just went through the drive through but they messed up our drinks by not making them correctly. We did complain and drank them anyways. They were still very good but shockingly expensive. Good thing my daughter was buying, it's her favorite drink. I wouldn't go on my own and spend that much on a beverage, especially when they messed it up. But the server was friendly, and service was quick.“
“I’m a regular of this location, and I keep coming back thanks to Marsha and Erin. I just went through, and Erin greeted us, and she’s always so warm and welcoming. She’s always making sure our orders are placed correctly! I love this location and I know the Store manager Marsha cares about her store based off the people she has working and how they treat customers! Great job team !!“
