Starbucks is a restaurant known for its great service. However, there have been mixed experiences regarding the preparation of their drinks. One customer had to argue over the number of pumps of brown sugar in a venti drink, as the location uses half pumps instead of the usual full pumps. The customer was charged for each pump when requesting the correct amount. On a positive note, another customer received excellent service from an employee named Kenna, who remade a melted drink without hesitation. The manager, unfortunately, was described as snarky towards the customer. Despite this, there was a positive interaction with an employee named Colton, who went above and beyond in introducing a new product. Overall, the service at this Starbucks location varies, but there are employees who provide great customer experiences.
