Super rude barista just now, my mobile order didn’t come thru fast for them, as I waited the 5/7 mins it requested. There was no one behind me, and she gave me attitude when I stated I did wait. There was still no one in front of me or behind me and she still proceeded to scold me. Learn some basic customer service skills or get a different job if you hate working coffee so much?

I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times in the past few weeks and I’m disappointed more than satisfied with my order every time…. I get the same drink every time and they make it a different way each time… I keep giving them chances and never turns out good. 2 days ago I went there and the girl in the window tried tipping herself on the machine!
Tonight I went through the drive though to give it one last chance. I regret my decision. It was slow. Nobody behind or in front of me. I ordered something new with my bf. Asked them to give me a second at the window and they didn’t like that. A lady came to the speaker and ignorantly said “are you going to order something?!” I then rushed and finished my order. Got to the window where nobody was behind me still. Paid. Got mine and my bf’s drinks. I hadn’t drove away right away as nobody was behind me so put my straw in my drink before driving away. Some crazy lady jumps to the window saying “you need to get out of the drive through now!” And before I could even say anything she slammed the window shut. Will not be back!!!

Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Both bathrooms are out of toilet paper. Shit on the seat counter was filthy floor was filthy garbages were overflowing. What a disgusting disgusting store.
Update . December 2024. Still dirty. I think the staff should take lessons in customer service ... Not a smile or hello. Nothing . A simple what can I get you. Sloppy work stations, dirty counters . So gross. Maybe someone should check in on this dump.

I recently visited and had a very disappointing experience. One of the employees Teaghan treated me very poorly and made me feel like I was stupid. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which is not what I expect from Starbucks. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

Worst store ever wow, not one single person in the whole store knew where the oatmeal and brown sugar packets where. I walked in to get a drink and oatmeal. I got my drink and then waited, the girl (a child) asked me is there anything else you needed, I said "yeah my oatmeal and brown sugar" she proceeded to yell to her colleagues "anyone know where the oatmeal is" when the packets where right in front of her face. I spent 30 mins while everyone ignored me, and she searched for the packets to have me point out to her where they were. How is Starbucks still in business with their poor customer service practices, they hire children and there's barely anyone supervising them.

This was one of mine and my husbands worst experiences at starbucks, we go quite regularly to many different Starbucks. Bathrooms were very dirty and both had no toilet paper. The counters and tables were dirty, liquid spilled on some spots…syrup spilled all over the coffee that you can buy. Garbages were overflowing, and floors were filthy dirty as well. Not a very good experience at all unfortunately.
Terrible service. 22 min to stand and grab a coffee at 2pm on a Sunday with no one else in line. They service the drive thru before customers in house. Will never stop there again. Just giving an honest review.

horrible experience. she didn’t scan my starbucks gift card on my phone then when i paid woah cash threw my change out the window and the wind blew it away and then told me afterwards she didn’t even scan the gift

Not sure if there is new owners but the music changed and its sooooo loud!!! No longer enjoyable to sit inside and enjoy my coffee. If you like loud music with loud beats this is your spot!Staff is very friendly!
