I used to work for starbucks a few years ago so I understand what it’s like to work in a fast paced environment as well as customer service. I come here every morning for my $9 customized coffee which almost always gets made wrong/lazy. If and when I ask them to remake it, it’s always rolling eyes and excuses why I don’t like it. I’m so so frustrated with their quality of product as well as the attitude I get. This has been consistent for over 6 months as this location. So disappointing Starbucks:/

We were in town for the night looking for a place to get some work done. Wonderful store with wonderful staff. Only hindrance was a terribly loud group that took up 3 tables. They were very disruptive and let their young children run around the store. They were constantly getting in the other patrons way and screaming. I had my table knocked and my coffee spilled twice. The staff were very lovely and the supervisor came out to nicely ask them to keep their children at the table for their own safety and everyone else’s. The man (father I presume) became very angry with her and began to yell and swear at her. She explained her reasoning very calmly and removed herself from the situation which I found very admirable. He was raving on about how ā€œhe used to work at Starbucksā€ (sure man) and what’s the managers name this is ridiculous. He spent the remainder of his stay berating all the staff asking for names and other inappropriate information. Finally they left and the place became so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town. And those staff on duty deserve all the praise. They handled it wonderfully.

I visited the Starbucks Trade Ridge in Grande Prairie. I was with my kids and during my stay the employee Aliana was very rude and in an unfriendly tone, asked to me to keep my kids in the table.because the store isn't a playground.
I've never see it before, a place where we go to have fun, we had this type of treatment. My kids are just 2 and 3 years old.
Unbelievable, very sad.

Every morning I go to this Starbucks just so I can be greeted by Amy. I absolutely love my morning conversations with her
and she leaves me with the biggest smile. I don't know what else I can say. She's just absolutely amazing And really makes my day. She's definitely the reason I keep coming back. I love her service.

Super rude barista just now, my mobile order didn’t come thru fast for them, as I waited the 5/7 mins it requested. There was no one behind me, and she gave me attitude when I stated I did wait. There was still no one in front of me or behind me and she still proceeded to scold me. Learn some basic customer service skills or get a different job if you hate working coffee so much?

I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times in the past few weeks and I’m disappointed more than satisfied with my order every time…. I get the same drink every time and they make it a different way each time… I keep giving them chances and never turns out good.
2 days ago I went there and the girl in the window tried tipping herself on the machine!

Tonight I went through the drive though to give it one last chance. I regret my decision.
It was slow. Nobody behind or in front of me. I ordered something new with my bf. Asked them to give me a second at the window and they didn’t like that. A lady came to the speaker and ignorantly said ā€œare you going to order something?!ā€ I then rushed and finished my order. Got to the window where nobody was behind me still. Paid. Got mine and my bf’s drinks. I hadn’t drove away right away as nobody was behind me so put my straw in my drink before driving away. Some crazy lady jumps to the window saying ā€œyou need to get out of the drive through now!ā€ And before I could even say anything she slammed the window shut.
Will not be back!!!

Absolutely disgusting and filthy. Both bathrooms are out of toilet paper. Shit on the seat counter was filthy floor was filthy garbages were overflowing. What a disgusting disgusting store.

Update . December 2024. Still dirty. I think the staff should take lessons in customer service ... Not a smile or hello. Nothing . A simple what can I get you. Sloppy work stations, dirty counters . So gross. Maybe someone should check in on this dump.
