So slow here all the time. The workers are normally okay but management needs to be staffing more people especially on busy days like boxing day, you’re beside a mall you’ll probably be busy lol

I was having the worst morning, lots of tears due to personal reasons. When I pulled up to the drive through window the lady works there (red hair, was up in a pony tail) saw that I was obviously upset. She asked if I was ok and had so much compassion in her voice, then she went and gave me a cookie (which I didn’t order) along with my coffee and said hope this cookie makes your day a little brighter. You have no idea how much that cookie did make my day better, And you have no idea how much a little bit of compassion and understanding goes so far so thank you so much to that employee you made my day that much better ❤️❤️❤️❤️ **edit I spoke to her today and her name is Kirsten** sorry if it’s spelt wrong!

Our family came to this Starbucks location on a Sunday afternoon to get refreshers for the kids and coffees for us but at 4:00 p.m., they don't have brewed coffee because they were apparently cleaning the machines so they said they would make us Americanos but 15 minutes later we had nothing. When we asked they finally started making it for us. I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but I think training is in order.

Can’t believe you will close your storefront and only allow drive through, absolutely insane. Just incase anyone going for a stroll might want to know you can’t trust their “open” hours.

Not like this is a one time thing, this happens often and it’s ridiculous, will be using a different Starbucks from now on.

Its so slow in here. Waited for 15 min for a coffee and a sandwich. And the girl who was making the drinks constantly touching her face and hair and then going back to making the drinks without washing her hands was extremely off putting. And something should be done about the courier drivers just sitting there at that bar area waiting. I seen three just sitting there waiting taking up space for paying customers. Wasn't a good look. I've been to a lot of starbucks and this was probably one of the worst. Do better.

dont care about the courier drivers whether they arrive and wait or not. i waited for 10 plus minutes for just one drink and the staff didnot care about that all and was just busy in their other tasks.

I used to work for starbucks a few years ago so I understand what it’s like to work in a fast paced environment as well as customer service. I come here every morning for my $9 customized coffee which almost always gets made wrong/lazy. If and when I ask them to remake it, it’s always rolling eyes and excuses why I don’t like it. I’m so so frustrated with their quality of product as well as the attitude I get. This has been consistent for over 6 months as this location. So disappointing Starbucks:/
