Without a doubt, my favorite coffee shop in Jasper! The coffee is great, bakery options delicious with a variety of healthier ones. I had the yogurt and usually the compotes are too sweet, this one was perfect! Other thing we love is that they are open passed 4 pm! We visit and drive a lot through Jasper and is always nice to stop there for a coffee and a treat!
The raspberry truffle latte, one of the café's specials, took me by a pleasant surprise today. The essence of raspberry complemented the mild coffee notes, and the sweetness of white chocolate elevated the beverage. A latte lover, I have never had a flavour like this before and highly recommend trying this flavour of latte if you enjoy café latte.
