This great find of a restaurant is located just off Icefields Parkway across from the Whistlers campground. Prepared by the Mexican kitchen staff, the food is the real thing. I highly recommend the taco Sampler which includes an elk taco, but you can't go wrong with any of the dishes on the menu, including the bison burger and the spare ribs. Stopped by for dinner while visiting Jasper. Small restaurant, very friendly people. The taco platter was really good! So was the spinach dip.Only gave 4 stars for service because it was a bit slow to get seated, ~10-15mins, but to be fair they are a small restaurant with limited staff.

There was a bit of a wait since the place was packed. Once you taste the food, you know why. There was so much flavor and made so well! Beautiful presentation, and our server was excellent.
