We had multiple appetizers and drinks. The fish tacos were very greasy and didn't taste good, however they were kind enough to remove the cost from our bill. The gyozas were okay, but were quite hard on the outside and were cold when they arrived - and only came with 4. The pepper dip has an extremely powerful red pepper taste and I found this overwhelmed the dish and made it unpleasant. The cowboy sushi was alright, but again arrived cold. The green onion cakes with the delicious dip were our favourite menu items. Our drinks were quite good - had both an alcoholic and mocktail. The chocolate cake was good, very rich and definitely to be shared. Enjoyed the berry topping. However, I ordered this with ice cream and it came without. The service was poor despite it being slow inside the restaurant. Overall, I was quite excited to try this restaurant and it was a disappointing and expensive experience.
Great food, but they could've made the meal much better without adding a lot of cost by giving a few more potatoes and a few more mushrooms. I ordered the extra mushrooms for five or six dollars and I got the equivalent of two loonie sized mushrooms sliced. Again, great food, but the value was not there based on portion size.
We have been coming to Evil Daves now for 10yrs. We come to Jasper every year and Evil Dave's is our special last night dinner. Food is presented differently and the tastes are out of this world. If you like to try different things, this is the place to come too.
Last minute choice and rewarded with terrific food and service. Must try the cowboy sushi as it was outstanding and different, meatloaf and curry were also winners as was the WTF and cheesecake desserts. Bravo Dave for the creativity, ambiance and service.
Great food and beer at good prices with exceptional service from Nick. Highly recommend, absolutely can't go wrong.
I had the cheeseburger and husband has the buffalo meatloaf. Food was AMAZING, service excellent and the ambiance comfortable and modern. Highly recommend!
Wonderful service! Chicken Diablo was excellent. Meatloaf delicious, but the mashed potatoes were too salty. Fair price / comparable to other restaurants nearby.
I only gave a 3 star for service because I had to ask for a drink menu after it was taken away and waited a long time to order another drink.
Otherwise service was very friendly.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Evil Dave’s Grill!
Not only was the food amazing — the burger was super tasty and not greasy at all, and the bowl was absolutely delicious — but the service was outstanding. Everything was super fast, and our waiter was genuinely attentive, professional, and truly interested in his guests.
And now for the most incredible part… I lost my passport during my visit to Jasper and accidentally left it at the restaurant. Thanks to their honesty and kindness, they found it, reached out to me, and even arranged for express shipping to my hotel in Vancouver — I honestly wouldn’t have been able to return to my country without their help.
I have no words to express how grateful I am. Wonderful people, amazing food, and truly exceptional service.
Highly, highly recommended.

We haven't been to Evil Dave's Grill since they moved to this location, and since we were staying at the Marmot Lodge, we figured it was a great opportunity to have dinner at Evil Dave's with our children.
I made a reservation through their website and I'm sure glad I did as the restaurant was full upon our arrival. People without reservations were either being turned away or having to wait, but it seemed as though most had made reservations.
Our server was very helpful and offered some great suggestions. Our children both decided on the Hurtin' Alberta kids meal and they greatly enjoyed it, saying that the burger was better than the ones I make at home (how dare they 😆). They had some other great options for kids as well. The Little Buddha was their second choice.
My wife chose the Karma Curry with chicken and naan bread, and it was easily the best dish that was ordered. It was very flavourful and filling, and I honestly wish I had ordered it myself. I ended up going with the Chef's Cut steak with daily vegetables which was perfectly cooked. Even though it was delicious with a peppercorn sauce that complimented the entire dish, I think I would've enjoyed the Karma Curry a bit more.
We finished our meal by sharing their Chocolate Cake and ice cream.
It definitely wasn't a cheap dinner for the family, but it was delicious and memorable. We'd definitely return again in the future.

Very nice food, great service I went for the typhoon noodles with prawns and had the vicious hippies pan fried gyoza, lovely flavour throughout the noodles had a lovely background heat to them in a delicious sauce, the gyoza had a nice subtle gingery taste, id say slightly on the pricey side for what it is but can't fault the food as it was delicious and the service was impeccable.
