I have been living out in Jasper for six years now, and always wanted to come here to try their food.
Thank goodness I decided to today!
I ordered their: Focaccia, Ravioli Bolognese,Gnocchi Di Patate. Everything was delicious!
My partner and I were really happy with our takeout order. Definitely the best non traditional way to enjoy a wonderful meal for Thanksgiving 😋 😊

We were here to dinner , loved the mushroom pizza. And the veg gnocchi so flavourful and well presented. Taylor who served us was so attentive cheerful and advised us accordingly.
Kudos to all the cheffs who took the trouble to prepare these delicious meals fir us we truly enjoyed it . The Tiramasu was the best I have ever tried . We are from Melbourne Australia plenty of Italian feasts . But this was the best . Thank you team.

Best Italian food . Everything was so so delicious and extraordinarily good. The bolognese sauce was so so good. Service could be better!

Silverwater Grill & Lounge is a charming restaurant that was beautifully decorated for the holidays during the visit. The attentive and friendly staff were accommodating of special requests, providing great service every time. The food was typical of a North American menu and enjoyed by the guests, including a child. Serving a tasty breakfast, the restaurant provided a convenient option without having to leave the hotel. The buffet breakfast was an amazing experience with great quality food and selection, highlighted by the waffles, which were particularly delightful. The steak meal was outstanding, and the chef's special and salmon were also well-liked. The server, Morgan, brought a warm, genuine demeanor to the dining experience, making brunch on Christmas day memorable with his entertaining magic trick. Although the facility is dated, the overall experience was enjoyable, and many guests expressed their intention to return.
