Ice cream was great, fun flavours, descriptions are clearly stated in each tag. They already wrote out the ordering approach clearly and also stated no samples, I suspect a lot of reviewers can’t read (or think they should get special treatment) and then get mad when called out for it. I had no issues and received no attitude when I placed my order. Limited seating available just outside (open benches, no tables)

Went by at 7:40 pm. They came out and told us they were closing and shut the doors in our faces. However the shop wasn’t supposed to close until 8:00 pm Just flat out rude

The aged gentlemen was extremely rude. Do not come here. We went to Grandma Ice Cream to try their ice cream and support a local shop. When we entered, there were no other customers, just an aged gentleman and a younger guy working with him. Since it was our first time and there were so many flavors to choose from, I politely asked for a recommendation. To my surprise, the aged gentleman rudely responded, pointing toward a board that wasn’t even visible when you first walk in, and said, “Can you look over there?!” His tone and attitude were very unwelcoming. As a customer, especially in a small business, I expected kindness and a willingness to help, not to be treated like an inconvenience. I now understand why many people are hesitant to come here. If the goal is to attract and keep customers, this is definitely not the way to do it. To the aged gentleman: please learn to treat customers with respect. To the younger staff member: I feel sorry that you have to work in this kind of environment. I truly hope you don’t pick up the same negative attitude. Even though I was rudely approached, I still purchased ice creams to support the business. But honestly, this shop does not deserve to stay open unless the behavior changes. After reading other reviews, I see that my experience is not unique. Sadly, those negative reviews were right.

Extremely rude staff, especially the old East Asian lady and the grandson. When I asked about the receipt later (I forgot to ask earlier), they were very impolite and started blaming me, saying, ‘Why wasn’t it asked before?’ They completely ruin your day. Zero customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻 Never going there again.

Guy was really rude, didn’t even said hi or can I help you with anything after we entered and waited for someone to help us, he helped other white guy who came after us and even greeted him, I was shocked for that how much racism is there in his heart and mind. Never going back.

Flow of service not organized, workers not friendly, NO SAMPLES for $10 ice cream ??? and even though it tasted very good, I ended up throwing my ice cream away when I found a long strand of hair embedded all the way down inside my scoop of ice cream. And I have short hair.

The staff is rude, I was really disappointed with my visit here. I asked for a mixed soft serve ice cream, but was given only chocolate. When I politely questioned it, the staff looked annoyed and even called the owner from the back. Instead of helping, he rolled his eyes at me. In the end, I ended up saying give me a vanilla soft serve since they cannot do anything right, the portion was extremely tiny. Between the rude attitude and poor service, this was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d return to

Ice cream flavors are unique & taste good, but the vibe is just unwelcoming. The big Asian guy was rude & blunt and they have the audacity to charge 25 cents for an extra spoon 🥲🥲 also, no samples allowed. The super cheap mentality is evident from the second you walk in. Do better!
