Food was fine, nothing to write home about. Service was good.
Fried food and beer are a perfect match, beer 100 points.
Have a great holiday
Excellent good tasting food and service. Food comes out fast as well. Was blown away by their focaccia, 20/10.
Great place, we ordered a salad, a pumpkin soup with homade bread, angus beef (super tender, buttery) and their desert. My husband escually loved the s'more old fashioned. Everything was delicious, and super fast service. For the quality, the prices are more than fair.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Jasper.
Not sure of some of the harsh reviews here, my family was very happy with the meal. Kids chicken tenders, a burger, and a bomb chicken Indian dish that was DELICIOUS. Also the service was very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.

I highly recommend the restaurant at the Forest Park Hotel. The food is exceptional, with noticeable improvements in their recipes. The service is also fantastic, making for an all-around great dining experience.
Vegetarian options: I tried the risotto 3 times, and the one I ate last week was the best!

We had a birthday and requested a cake, which they don't do. They did go overboard by singing and delivering Creme Brule. For not leaving the hotel it was very rewarding. Do get there for the happy hour 4-6pm!

The menu was limited and the food not good at all. We only ate there because we were so tired - do not make the same mistake as me, we didn't even finish our food. Definitely not worth the money.
Our meal was very good but I would have liked to see more variety in the menu. I wanted to try the bison but you only offered a spicy version.

We were staying in the hotel so I decided to reserve a table here for convenience. I was taking my daughter out for dessert so it was supposed to be a simple and quick option. We were seated right away since I had reserved the table ahead of time, but that was really the only positive about the experience. Where we were seated, we could see and hear the staff at the input computer and it seemed like no one knew what was going on. They were fighting over how tables were numbered, missing peoples orders, bickering amongst themselves, and whenever a customer asked a question (myself or others I witnessed), no one seemed to know the answer except the manager. I ordered a dessert and a mocktail, both of which were not stellar. The dessert was a store quality cookie heated up and the mocktail was $14. All this to say, I wish I had gone to Scoops & Loops instead of trying to take the "convenient" route of staying in the hotel. It would have been faster and more enjoyable to drive somewhere else.

The only way I'd eat here again is if I was too hungry to bother walking the 10 minutes into the core of Jasper. To say the food is mediocre might be too generous. Some dishes were fine, most were either bland or disappointing, especially given the price point.

The double pepperoni pizza had a slice of pepperoni per slice of pizza. What a joke.Hardly double pepperoni. At 30 bucks a pizza it's not even close to worth it.Enough said. I love pizza but little cesars detroit style is actually way better.

Bland, mediocre, overpriced food. You're better off walking a few blocks into Jasper and getting something to great. Wouldn't waste my money here ever again.
