I enjoyed my dinner at the hearthstone Lounge. The food was well prepared and the presentation very appealing. I was attended to immediately after being seated. The non-alcoholic drink was tasty, but small. I had the salad with chicken. The salad had lots of tasty vegetables and the chicken was moist, not dry. The mini cheesecake was just enough to satisfy my sweettooth, but not so much as to bust a gut.

20% forced tip??!! Slow service, took about 20-25 min just to have my drink while it was not busy. We were 12, everyone left disappointed with taste and portions considering the price. When the bill came, surprise, they already added 20% tip included in the bill, no way of giving less or more. We asked about it and no shame at all from the waitress. Unacceptable!!

Got seated at 9- food came at 9:50. Restaurant closes at 9:30- only 2-3 tables were occupied; food took forever to come. Very disappointed.

We had made a booking for dinner after a wild life tour but unfortunately the tour ran late The staff were more than accommodating when we did arrive back. We had our meal. The food was excellent.

Great place, we ordered a salad, a pumpkin soup with homade bread, angus beef (super tender, buttery) and their desert. My husband escually loved the s'more old fashioned. Everything was delicious, and super fast service. For the quality, the prices are more than fair. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Jasper.
Not sure of some of the harsh reviews here, my family was very happy with the meal. Kids chicken tenders, a burger, and a bomb chicken Indian dish that was DELICIOUS. Also the service was very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.

I highly recommend the restaurant at the Forest Park Hotel. The food is exceptional, with noticeable improvements in their recipes. The service is also fantastic, making for an all-around great dining experience.
Vegetarian options: I tried the risotto 3 times, and the one I ate last week was the best!
We had a birthday and requested a cake, which they don't do. They did go overboard by singing and delivering Creme Brule. For not leaving the hotel it was very rewarding. Do get there for the happy hour 4-6pm!
