Food is absolutely amazing. Didn't fully believe all the Google reviews until I had a first bite of the Brussels sprouts, they were such nicely balanced and rich in flavour! We also had the octopus, bison short ribs, and tagliatelle, everything was so delicious. What a surprise in Jasper!
Amazing food. It's not cheap but for the level of quality it makes sense. Great place for foodies. Highly recommend for dinner. Tapas style plates, expect to order maybe 3 or 4 for a couple. Note when driving that it's part of the Pine Bungalows hotel. There aren't any signs for the restaurant leading up to it but you'll eventually reach an indicator for "Bistro".

The food here was excellent. We tried 4 dishes and loved all of them. Server was very friendly. Atmosphere is peaceful and easygoing. I hope people make the quick drive from town to enjoy this lovely place.
