This place seemed like a coffee shop frequented by local people because there is some information posters.The bear coffee felt more delicious perhaps because of the latte art. What surprised me the most while I was at the cafe was seeing the owner cleaning the inside of each washing machine. If I stay here for a long time and have to do laundry, I will do it in a place that is kept so clean! A store I would recommend for many reasons!

This coffee shop is in a sneaky spot (a laundry mat), but they have some great coffee! We ordered two of their seasonal lattes: northern lights latte and milky way latte; we loved them both.Bonus: our barista did some awesome latte art by making two bears, and one of them was winking. Very cool!

Being that this cafe is located in a laundromat, we almost missed this gem, but their signage outside caught our eye. The dark chocolate and caramel latte was great, and the personalized art made it that much more memorable.

I was excited to try this place at the beginning! I wasn’t greeted, then when I asked the employee which latte does she recommend. She looked annoyed at the question, rolled her eyes, and responded with very few words or “I don’t know.” We sat down with our coffees and decided to take a bite of our bear paw that we purchased else where (the bear paw bakery). The employee from the front counter then loudly said in front of every customer that we shouldn’t be eating outside food, we sell things here.I understand if she came to us (had a private convo) and asked us nicely, but rather announcing it to everyone. We truly had no idea outside food wasn’t allowed and we only took a bite of it. We had been shopping around to different stores and picked up random baked goods from everywhere. We also wanted to purchase something to eat from there however, when asked what do you recommend, her response was “I don’t know”.I don’t know if it was a racial thing, or what, because the next customers she served, who were white women, she recommended several items to them. I recommend if you are a visible minority, save your money and go else where. There was definitely a difference with the treatment we received from other customers.The coffee wasn’t good either. I ordered the Milky Way latte and my husband ordered an americano. My latte tasted like there was no espresso.

Stopped here in our walk downtown. Lineup was sooo much shorter than Tim Hortons. Secret little spot with a few comfy couches and a bunch of coin laundry machines. Coffee bar is super fancy and it's not divey at all. Lots of signage 'no outside food or drink' and barista will ask you to not eat outside food if she sees you. Great foam art, great latte!

What an uncommonly fantastic cappuccino, adorned with one of my favorite animals of all time. The talent to make this level of latte art speaks to the kick-ass barista working here. This was also the first and last bear sighting on our trip, but I loved every second of it.Pro tip: I guess they also own the upstairs coffee spot too, so you will be good either way. It was such a cool and refreshing atmosphere inside. It's rare to find good coffee almost anywhere these days, and the overall comfy couches and fun old school laundromat vibe just felt like the perfect way to start our morning.
