Big thanks to Mike Olson, Sam and Mikey for making our evenings so enjoyable. Food was great and the service excellent . We will definitely return and would definitely recommend The Inn Grill if you are going to Jasper. Until the next time.

When we arrived the bartender asked how many we were. I said 5 adults and 3 kids, he asked if I had a reservation and I asked if we needed one. He said they may be able to put something together for us. He then spoke to another staff member and mentioned we are a party of 8 with disgust.

We were seated not long after. The restaurant was not full, clearly no reservation was required. Service and food were incredible.

The salty bartender snubbed us on the way out as well.

10/10 once we were seated. -200/10 every time we encountered dink face.

Four of us came in for supper and had an incredibly high quality meal. Shout out to the chef! Enjoyed the chicken penne recommended by the young waiter. Made for a great night - thank you!

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Theo and Mike and I didn't catch the ladies name, but what a staff. If you want to feel invited and taken care of, this is a great place.

Ordered Thai Mussels-fantastic flavour, generous portion- great sharing plate as an appetizer . Mike hosted us and was excellent with service and looking after our group.

Other guests raved about the pizza (stuffed crust)
For a casual dining experience… this worked for me!

Great food, big portions, amazing staff. One of my favorite places to eat in Jasper. The butter chicken is a personal favorite.

The Wife and I popped in just before closing time and we were pleasantly surprised to be treated like gold. We are not used to Excellent Customer Service these days but man, Mike, Sam and crew took great care of us. I'm sorry she is a Red Wings fan but to each there own. Food was top notch and perhaps one of the best Old Fashioned of all time. Highly Recommend! Thanks Team!

The location was in Jasper Inn & Suites, where we had dinner and breakfast. If you think the city center is crowded when dining, you might as well come here. It's quieter here, the environment is nice, and the food is of high quality.

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Jasper. It is located within the compound of the Jasper Inn and Suites, where we were staying. So it was a very convenient option for us. The food was really delicious. The ambiance was good too, especially in the patio. The Smoked Brisket Sandwich was juicy and loaded. The tomato soup and garlic bread were scrumptious. We also loved their fish and chips. The service staff were friendly and welcoming. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but we found the whole experience to be worth it.

We all loved our experiences here I had the chicken and ribs, very good. Wife and son had pasta, both loved it. Daughter has salmon and said best salmon ever. And she eats salmon everywhere we go. Our server was very attentive. And their decadent chocolate cake was absolutely amazing. Our daughter cannot stop taking about it. Definitely recommend that.

Came here based on the good reviews and it was pretty good. The ambience is nothing special, bit nice. It is a best Western hotel restaurant after all. I ordered the brisket sandwich and upgraded my fries to poutine. It was actually quite good. My daughter ordered a burger and my wife got the spinach salad. Nothing was spectacular, but it was okay. Our waitress was nice and when we had a problem with the ribs we ordered, they took it right back and didn't charge us. We wanted something close to our hotel and this fit the bill.
