I’m finally leaving a review after 4 weeks straight, staying at this hotel and eating most meals here. At first it seems a decent place to eat. The buffet breakfast was good and the steak I had was decent. As I continued to come back, it just kept going down hill. Service is not great at all. The Inn Grill is an absolute hidden gem in Jasper. For such a small town, I was blown away by the quality of food they’re serving—it’s fresh, flavorful, healthy, and made with real care. The menu has a ton of variety, with creative dishes that taste like something you’d expect in a big city, not the middle of the Rockies. Prices are fair, portions are generous, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming.
