Food and service was delicious! We went three times at our stay at Pyramid Lake Lodge, once for appetizers/happy hour, once for dinner, and again for breakfast. Everything we had was outstanding. Presentation and taste were wonderful. Great service, too!

We had a very nice and relaxing breakfast with a beautiful view. I had the classic breakfast and a salad. Everything was perfect. My wife had the duck and enjoyed it very much. We love the newly renovated restaurant and the resort looks great too. We hope to stay there next time.

I've been wanting to go to this place for three years now since I've been living in Jasper. I made a reservation for a special occasion, but nothing special happened. The appetizer was just ok but tiny almost molecular size. the main courses were overcooked and flavourless , and the waiter was clueless. I must say the cocktails were delicious and the host had an incredible energy. For such a special occasion, there was nothing in the restaurant that made us feel like we were celebrating something in a special place. The only good thing about this restaurant is its stunning views.

The food, service, ambiance, and views of Pyramid Lake and Rockies are all excellent. All together, my wife and I had 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners at the Aalto, including a celebratory anniversary dinner - and we enjoyed every meal.

Food was expertly prepared and served; Alberta AA beef was a little on the tough side even though I ordered medium rare. Wine selection was limited and had asked prior to if we could bring our own but no corking fee option available.; maybe worth considering? Crème caramel dessert was excellent!

Cold steak NOT child friendly. They over complicated the kids menu and made it too fancy for little ones. Will not return. Pasta dish was ok, you can get better food at Earls Jasper

Cold steak, small portions Children's menu is way too complicated for little kids palates which put a damper on the whole meal. Even the kids dessert was a turn off as it was tarte sorbet pasta dish was ok. Ordered it with extra scallops and they were tiny
