What an awesome dining experience! From the magnificent view to the delicious and thoughtful food combinations which are plated more like art than food (in a good way), to the excellent service (thank you Tyler), there is truly nothing I would improve about this experience. I should also mention that the portions were perfect - even the veg options leave you satisfied. I would highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There were options for vegetarians and vegans. I had the beet salad and the roasted parsnips. I am admittedly a big eater and I was left completely satisfied. Also their veg option wasn't a salad - it was also a well thought out meal which was really nice to experience.

We are so happy that Pyramid Lake Lodge opened its restaurant! We stayed so many times there, and loved it, but the restaurant was under renovation. The wait was totally worth it! It was amazing, everything, the decoration, ambience, service and of course, the food was great! Highly recommended!

Wonderful atmosphere, great food, just right portions. A bit overpriced but it's a lakeside resort in the rocky mountains.Highly recommend the bison and the sable fish. The beet salad was pretty great too, just remember you had beets the next day.Had breakfast there too, the standard fare with eggs and hash browns was excellent.Overall very accommodating with allergies and preferences too.

Gorgeous location, excellent food, and flawless service.Dietary restrictions: They had a lot of knowledge regarding dietary needs - gluten and dairy free.

Lovely place for breakfast -- my husband and I have been twice for breakfast on visits to Jasper and it has been great both times. Mountain views and delicious food. Next time we want to stay right at the Pyramid Lodge because it is such a nice spot.

Me and my girlfriend came here at around 4 o clock whilst the grazing menu was available and went into the dinner menu. We had one of the best days together in a long time. The ambience and architecture of the restaurant is incredible and it is an experience just to be there. We had the meat and sea platter, short rib doughnuts and cauliflower cheese gratin. Everything was so delicious. Favourite was the meat and sea platter, it is basically a charcuterie board with the most fresh ingredients. Paid 120 for a filling meal for two with drinks and including a tip. The servers were very skilled in what they do and extremely friendly and hospitable. I do not remember their names but the f and b manager and the tall bald man with a beard especially. Many thanks to all the staff there as it made our day so much better.

Went for valentines dinner and had a reservation for two. Food was decent but service was odd, maybe the two servers on were under staffed but none of that was mentioned to us. Cocktails came long after our starters were finished.. and no quality check on them. I actually waited 10 minutes and then got up to get my own salt and pepper across the restaurant. We were asked if we wanted the bill before my dessert even came out... then machine with the total was brought to us before the itemized bill... for this amongst a few other things... I will be hard pressed to convince my partner to come back. Hoping this was a one off and maybe short staffed due to the slow season, as the restaraunt seems quite nice. Will try to make it back soon and hope for a more elevated experience.

My girlfriend and I are here on Valentine's Day. The three course meal was delicious, although could have been served hotter. I think 70$ a head is slightly steep given the portion sizes. The service was okay - being slightly slow and not as attentive as you would like. However, I'm sure it could have been much better, given that there were only 2 staff members on the floor, that were serving, hosting and running food. The ambience could also be drastically improved if the lighting was dimmer. With that being said, we had a lovely evening but there is definitely room for improvement!

Ate here as a family of 4 for breakfast. Food was delicious- kids enjoyed their meals. Breakfast bowl was 10/10. Ambience is nice. Would recommend if you are looking for something a bit higher end.

Our server had no idea about the Valentine's special that was going on and it was the only reason we booked there. JAMES do better... all the other services staff know what the specials were other then you. It was the first day of the special. Every table around us was able to get it.... you told multiple tables that nothing other then the bison was avaliable.. the food we ordered was good. But we almost went else where

Great atmosphereThe waitress was phenomenal!!! Her name was Tristan. The view was one in a million, especially to watch the sunset.Waitress definitely knew her menu well and was great with explaining what each dish was.We had the cauliflower dip with the chips, it could use more seasoning as it was a bit bland,And had the beef doughnuts, those were delicious. The restaurant after all the Reno's is absolutely stunning.Definitely a place to try

I really wanted to like this place and come back when I visit Jasper! I’ll start with the positives: the artic char and short rib main courses were absolutely delicious. The cauliflower appetizer was a bit underwhelming but not the deal breaker. Unfortunately, the tiramisu martini (liquid dessert) was extremely disappointing. Not to mention at $16 for a 2oz cocktail, you expect decent execution. I let the server know after my first sip that I did not like it. The server then told me the manager said they would not comp the drink and offered me a small glass of their house red wine instead. As a former bartender with experience, the drink was not made to typical industry standards. Not to mention, most cocktails (including this one) have the highest profit margins of all alcoholic beverages. This could have easily been removed from my bill at practically no cost to the restaurant. I will definitely not be returning and suggest to others that there are far better places in Jasper to dine at.

One of the most memorable and romantic dinners that my partner and I have ever shared, and definitely the best dining experience we've had in the Jasper area. The NYE menu and wine pairing were well-thought-out and executed exquisitely; the seared scallops were to die for! The fantastic staff and service complemented the experience nicely. Thanks for the great dinner!

We visited several times during our stay in Jasper. A few times for breakfast and once for dinner. Service was consistently outstanding. But the food is out of this world. Congrats to the Chef! All dishes were carefully designed with a variety of ingredients. Both, the taste and the presentation of everything my family had deserves 6 stars!
