Freezing, ordered a ceaser salad as my main because i wasnt to hungry, then the food proceeded to take forever to arrive, making me quite hungry. the portion size was not very good for a MAIN food item. disappointed, cold, and hungry.

Sat in the lounge. There were 4 tables total including ours. Two servers and one bartender. Drink service was slow, 10+ minutes to get a drink. We got the baked Brie and chicken wings as appys. Nothing wrong with them but was underwhelming. My meal was good but was not what I had ordered. My husband had to chase down every bite of his burger with his beer it was so awful.

Visited as a solo traveller in June. I had no issues with the food or the staff, but i think it was overpriced for what it is - even with the 10% discount i had for staying at nearby accommodation. I think I had the schnitzel, which was good. The portion size was healthy too.

Food was good, especially the brisket sandwich, but this place is quite pricey. However I would avoid ordering the cordon bleu, solely due to the price. It was $35 and the portion was ridiculously small (the left plate in the picture)
The service was also very odd. I ordered a strongbow cider. The server brings me a blackberry somersby. When I let her know I ordered a different drink she goes to open the can and tells me “We dont have strongbow, but this is the same thing.”
Really didn’t appreciate trying to have a different product passed off to me without even asking if I want a substitute. Especially considering I really dont like the substitute she tried to pass off to me.
I understand running out of a product which happens. But giving me something completely different and telling me its “the same thing” put a bad taste in my mouth.

I had the steak with peppercorn sauce and mash potatoes. The steak was devoid of any seasoning save the sauce, the sauce tasted fishy, and the potatoes were ok. It was a beautiful cut of beef that was completely ruined. All in all completely disappointed and not worth $41 dollars

We visited this restaurant for dinner during our trip to Jasper and couldn’t have chosen better. Food was amazing (especially the beef filet skewer), beer felt just like home and our waiter Tereza made the whole experience the best with her kindness and sense of humour! Would recommend when you visiting Jasper!
