Wow. The view alone is worth eating here. walking in immediately puts you in a good mood! We were pleasantly surprised to see a vegan option! The house sparkling was delicious! The food was inventive and beautiful! I could have stayed there all afternoon!
The service was amazing they did the most to make me feel welcome it was my birthday celebration and Matt our server was the absolute best!! Very thankful to the entire place restaurant staff that made this afternoon very delightful... thank you Matt you are the best!!
I took my mum for afternoon tea here. It was such a wonderful experience for both of us. The food was delicious and the scones were our favourite! Great selected of teas, we both went for a green. Was also so happy to hear that they offered alcohol free bubbly. Thank you to our server Sonya who was fantastic! This was a very memorable experience.
The whole experience was lovely. Paige explained our tea and food choices and was attentive without being overly so. We had a table by the window and a beautiful view of Lake Louise. And the food was delicious.
It was a very famous place, so I entered with excitement. The staff responded well and the attitude of dealing with customers from time to time was good. The afternoon tea was impeccable, and when I saw people around me, I felt like I was staying and wrapping it up. Of course, I cleared it neatly with my wife. With excellent food, tea, and service from the staff, I bring good memories for about two hours as expected.
This experience lived up to my expectations on my bucket list. The ambience was like none other sipping tea overlooking the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Louise. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious.
The staff and service were just super!! Kate looked after us and was absolutely wonderful!! She even moved us to a window table to enhance our experience which it certainly did!!! Food was great too. Only negative would be that you are paying for the famous location as well as paying for the parking. Very expensive experience.
Valerie and Matt were amazing! We came from Big Beehive hike and running late for our 2:30PM reservation but they still accommodate me at 2:50PM. Great experience! Amazing view. The tea was great!
Was there on a weekday for the Afternoon Tea experience. Food was excellent; service was excellent and venue was excellent with every table having views of Lake Louise. Prices are on the high end but you are paying for the overall experience and you are not rushed at all, so if you're celebrating a special occasion or just want a special treat, definitely recommend.
Incredible service and incredible experience. Matt was our server, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience for our anniversary tea. I have a severe gluten and dairy allergy, and they were able to accommodate both allergies flawlessly and thoughtfully. 10/10 experience. Also the view is fabulous!

I love an afternoon tea and have been too many, mostly in the UK and I would say I came away slightly underwhelmed. We waited 30mins before the afternoon tea arrived at our table. The savoury choice was underwhelming with small thin stale bits of bread for the finger sandwiches. There was a lot of sweet treats that were placed on the plate directly and no foiled card to pick up. I know very minor point. The cakes however were lovely. Scones were small and dry. You get one loose leaf tea bag that they add hot water to. For the price you pay, you are paying for the location and not the quality of food.
We were blown away by the stunning views of Lake Louise from our window-side table and exceptional service that exceeded all expectations! Our server, Kate, deserves special recognition for ensuring everything was pregnancy safe for my wife, and her attention to detail and warm service made our dining experience that much more special. This was definitely a highlight to our trip that we'll remember for many, many years to come.
What a wonderful experience! If you are visiting Lake Louise this is a must do. The view, the room, the live music & the food. Small bites but so very tasty. Our server Kate, is a tea sommelier and she offered excellent advice & service.
The hostess and wait staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had just hiked a pretty strenuous trail and didn't have time to change first but we were still treated like royalty. The food was excellent and the teas were delicious. It was definitely enough for lunch and we couldn't finish it all. We loved having a sparkling alcoholic beverage after a long hike. We lost our parking ticket but it was no big deal. It was a delightful experience.
We made our reservation 6 weeks in advance for 2 special milestone birthdays. We arrived on time for our booking. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated standing in a corridor despite the restaurant not being full. When we were shown to our table it wasn't set for the number of guests in our party. The seats had food remnants from the previous guests. Service was inconsistent and after 45 minutes we still hadn't received any food. The food was good but had the appearance of being pre-prepared as the sandwiches were a bit dry and uninteresting. I ate from the Gluten free menu which I was very grateful they had as an option. This was ok but not anything special. There was no recognition of our special occasion as there was on other tables. The ambience is wonderful with large windows looking out to the lake although there is a large construction going on in the front of the hotel which can't be helped. Overall we enjoyed our experience but felt disappointed that the food and service was inferior to what we expected for the establishment and the cost.
